A little reserved here secondary to being very selfish. Hatch chiles are just simply the best chiles I have ever had. Staff members are very professional and yet they treat you like they are your neighbors. Looking forward to next years crop. Keep up the outstanding job that you continue doing.

My chile was fresh, unharmed in freight and came on time! I personally wish I would have chosen HOT (LOL) but the flavor was fantastic...my children ate this level 6yr old and a 10yr old. There a few bites of HEAT here and there even my children got some but the flavor is out of this world. Also it is extremely meaty...you get your money's worth! This family owned building is great-California transplant from NM =satisfied customer

My fresh red chile (Big Jim) medium spicy order was just as I had hoped. It was delivered as promised and was fresh when it arrived with 2 day delivery. My only comment is that I had expected it to be a bit more spicy as it was mild at best, but very tasty and flavorful as fresh red is typically. I roasted it and then package it and put it in the freezer for future use. I will buy from The Hatch Chile Store again. I had placed an order with another company and they called me at the last minute that they would not be able to fill my pre-order. I was panicked but very happy when I got on-line and found that I could still order from the Hatch Chile Store!! Whew! Close call!

These chilies arrived in perfect condition. We roasted them the day they arrived and they were delicious. They were listed as medium - hot but they were not hot at all, not even medium hot. But we were very pleased with them. I would rather have them be more on the mild side than too hot! I cannot wait to order some more next season.

Last year (2023) I found a website offering Hatch Chilis. and since I love those chilis, I opened an account here, at Hatch Chili Store.
That same day I placed my first order, not only for myself, but for my sister as well, the Hatch Store leaves nothing to chance.
Besides making it easy to open your account, or adding shipping addresses, payment methods, delivery schedules, packaging of the products, and much more. The Hatch Chili Store website makes it easy & fast to ensure you get what you expect to get- either fresh Chilis or ready-skinned, cooked, prepared, and flash-frozen.
If you have any questions or doubts (like I did) you can call during business hours and someone answers (Daniel answered my call), or maybe you'll be requested to leave a brief message as there are times when they are bombarded with phone orders- which is another way you can order.
I have a couple of photos my sister forwarded to me when she got her first shipment last year and the one she got last month. I'll look for them, to post.
BTW, My sister's entire family didn't waste any time using the Hatch Chilis- they loved them.

Being born and raised in New Mexico (Las Cruces), and of Mexican ethnicity, it’s no secret I lovvvee me green chile. I have lived in Northern NJ for 12 years now (NYC metro) and the only place I occasionally find Anaheim green chile is Walmart IF I am lucky and if you’ve ever tasted that, it has nothing on New Mexico chile. I searched online one day as I was on the phone with my family and they were at Robertos picking up green chile, bacon, and potato burritos for breakfast and I recall the taste and was definitely experience as they say now “FOMO”, I searched “hatch green chile”. It was available, for a whopping $75?! I thought that’s way too much to pay for green chile!! I can just have my family send it for probably less, but then as I read on, it’s not only hatch green chile but roasted and peeled and bagged frozen green chile. I ordered my box of 5lbs and hopped for the best. It arrived on my doorstep and I excitedly opened the box to find an foam ice chest filled with dried ice and a box. I didn’t have gloves as the warning card advised to use so I had to wait for the ice to melt away (which was the hardest thing to do lol). Once it melted I opened the box and there was my 5lbs of Hatch Green Chile. Now I have to say, they did an amazing job with the packaging, not only the look but the use and durability is amazing and a resealable package ?! You can’t get any better. I sat it out for a day to thaw out and then got to cooking breakfast. I threw three chiles into a skillet and when warm added some eggs and later cheese. I put them in some local (not the best tortillas) and bit into it and OMG — I was in heaven — I couldn’t believe I was eating some delicious hatch green chile. I am soooo pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy more and will! I am thinking of making green chile con carne (meat) tonight!!! I definitely recommend this product to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!

My dad is a native of New Mexico in St Louis for 60 years every year we've been to New Mexico to pick up green chile and visit relatives this is the first year we did not make it he did not know what he was going to do without his green chili one day the door bell rang a box was left he called me at work i told him to open it he yells out fresh green chili he was like a 5 year old on Chistmas a few weeks later another box it was roasted peeled. chopped green chili you would have thought it was his 5th birthday but at 84 years old he still loves his hatch chili.

I missed buying my Hatch Green Chile this year, so ordered it online and want to tell you this is the best green chili I have ever purchased! It arrived fast and professionally packed in a styrofoam ice chest with dry ice. The green chili packages were solidly frozen upon opening and beautifully packaged! I made green chili that night; the chili is perfectly roasted, and perfectly peeled! I ordered the HOT and it is perfectly HOT!
