The dry ice was completely melted, the frozen product was mostly thawed out, I refrozen the Chili Rellanos and am eating them anyway. The delivery person left the box on my front porch, in the sun, the product was defrosted before and that just added to it.

I ordered two 25 lb boxes of Hot Hatch green chili. They arrived within two days in Michigan. They were big and meaty. I roasted, took off skins, seeded, chopped and froze for the year. The high quality really helps the process. Not one chili in the batch was bad, soft or moldy. I will be ordering again next year.

Chili arrived fresh. A lot of very small pods though (jalapeño sized). Chili this year was spicy but sadly not as flavorful as last year. I loved the meat of the chili was thick and after blowtorching the skin peeled easily.

We absolutley love Hatch green chilis and will order again. However, shipment didn't leave on Wednesday as stated, so there was a delay in delivery until Tuesday of the following week. We had to throw away about 5 lbs out the 25 lbs ordered. We will order again and hope they ship the day promised so we don't see the spoilage we had this time.

My chile went all the way to Kentucky then back to Texas. If the chile would of came straight to Texas as shipped it would of been great. Other wise the chile was getting soggy and smelly from the middle of the batch. What we did salvage was awesome!

Was suppose to receive my overnight delivery on Friday. It was postponed due to hurricane Deby on NC coast. I understand that. Hurricanes left our area by Friday afternoon yet I didn’t receive my overnight delivery til late Monday afternoon. As a result , much of my perishable item spoiled. Of 20 lbs ordered, I ended up with approximately 9 pounds. I saw delivery trucks out in my area on Friday and Saturday so I feel like my delivery could and should have been delivered Saturday since it was an overnight shipment

Ordered the 4lbs. Received in good order. Was so excited to get it, opened the box and was oh wow what am I going to do with all this Chile? Well I have never roasted Chile and did not know how much it would cook down. But after all said and done it was gone in a flash, I will be ordering the 10lb box next time... Better than expected, used it on green chile cheese burgers, green Chile casserole, my daughter even tried making Chile relleno's with it... Was great!
