So I guess you know that I received an incorrect order before you graciously sent me these Rellenos. Unfortunately that snow storm delayed the delivery long enough for them to defrost. When we got them they were defrosted but still cold and my wife and I had no trouble eating all of them in a few days and enjoyed every bite. Looking forward to getting some of the hotter types when they are available. I prefer the hot ones, my wife not so much.

I lived in the southwest U.S. for 20 years and during my time in the region I immediately fell in love with pork green chile stew. I moved back to the midwest a couple of years ago and well these fine folks don't know jack about Hatch chiles. Being able to order them from your farm and make my own green chile stew at home has been fantastic! You all bring the flavor!!

The levels you use to describe how hot your chilis are are different than Initially expected. Your mlld is very mild to me. And your medium is more like mild to me. So in the future I will adjust by ordering hotter chilis.

I love these SO MUCH! Just the right amount of batter....not too much, but just enough!

To heat, I throw these in my air fryer at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes then flip for another 3 minutes.
