By the time I got the peppers they were all too old to eat. They were soggy soft and starting to rot. They were left in a UPS warehouse over the weekend for like three days and they were spoiled by the time I got them so there is no way to make a review. I did get a message from your company saying that you were going to send me a fresh batch but I didn’t get anymore. The old box of peppers is still sitting on my living room floor. I’m getting ready to throw it out today would you like me to take a picture of it and send it to you? I was really looking forward to trying them and I’m very disappointed.

Beautiful chilies shipped fast in perfect condition! It took me three days to roast them all. Most went in the freezer, vacuum-sealed, then I canned a batch of roasted salsa verde. It's going to make this winter very tasty!

We absolutely love this Hatch Chile! It’s great to be able to bring a little bit of our New Mexico roots all the way out here to Pennsylvania. The flavor, heat, and overall quality are right on point, and it’s exactly what we were hoping for.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is the price. At around $20 per pound, plus shipping, it gets pretty expensive. While we really enjoy the product, that price point will definitely make us think twice before placing another order.
Great chile and great quality — just a little tough to justify at the current price.

Not a happy customer I ordered these chilies and a bunch of them were rotten and smashed. I contacted your office and explained the situation and they denied me and wouldn’t give me a refund. You just lost a customer.

Beautiful long red peppers tied together to make a full Ristras!!! It arrived in great condition which surprised us living in Atlanta with so far to ship. We would not hestiate shipping any product and actually bought various types of chili sauses with no problem.
We absolutely love it and plan to get more in the future.
Well worth the price.

Have ordered for 4-5 years now. This is the 1st time that I had spoilage in the shipment. Hatch Chili Store made it right, offered a fair credit on my purchase. Other than the spoilage, the peppers were great as always

Had some spoilage in the shipment. When notified, Hatch Chili Store offered and additional shipment or a credit. I accepted the credit as I still had plenty of good product. They handled the complaint exceptionally well!

We lived in New Mexico for 7 years and escaped, but I love the food. This was the first time I ordered in bulk like this and totally worth it. The shipping updates were timely and I knew when to expect my box. The contents were so much better than shopping at our Local Dillons as I have no idea where their "Hatch" chiles come from. I ordered HOT. I got HOT. We made a roasted green chile salsa that is to die for, as well as serving roasted peppers along a steak. So dang good.

Reminds me of living there (in a good way). The flavors and heat were as advertised, which is getting rare in the space. Hot was HOT. Perfect in a breakfast burrito.

I love ordering directly from Hatch green chili. The big Jimm chilies are more meteor. They’re easier to stuff and we love them chopped up or as chili Riano‘s they’re amazing and I will keep ordering from you every year. It’s much better than getting him roasted at the store they’re too tiny tooth fan well worth the money.

I am from NM and always looking for places that sell authentic Hatch. I found this place and have used them several times. I have eaten NM Chile all my life, and sometimes the chile tastes different. I'm not sure, but it is different...Like the Big Jim is even smaller like Mexican chile, but they said it was Hatch. Also, like maybe it is how it is processed which I'm not really clear on. But I keep coming back. Usually they are pretty quick and a reasonable price, this last time they didn't have the boxes, but it was fine. I would recommend if your looking for some chile, this place is pretty good. The best is just bring it with you on the plane in a cooler back pack or 2!
