When I got my Chile it was pretty bad. A lot of red pods and wilting, and the bottom had rotting Chile pods. You said you were going to send me another box, as you said it on your e-mail to me stating my Chile stayed at the UPS station too long. You said it couldn't have been helped at how long it takes to SHIP ANY ITEMS. I find this to be incredulous. With your business being the growth, process, and shipping FRESH produce your mailing service must be up to par, or find a different carrier that lets fresh items in their warehouse to sit at a loss. Thank you for business, but I will not be ordering from you anymore.

I was amazed that in a terrible heatwave that they made it across the country still frozen. Kudos! The flavor is amazing and the packages make it very convenient to use the Chiles. Delighted to have found a source for authentic Hatch Chiles that are very reasonably priced.

As always, the day we received our box of Hatch Green Chilies was very exciting! My family & I teamed together to get all our prep work done (washing, roasting, chopping), and now we are well stocked with roasted chilies! Most of our 25lbs are chopped and frozen into 1 or 4 tbsp cubes - ready to add to EVERYTHING, but we also have a supply of roasted whole chilies ready to make specialities such as "Hatch Rellenos"! Our culinary life will be wonderful!! (Until we run out!)

I received the order thawed and never received a replacement. Shipping protection was obviously a waste of money on top of being out the cost of the chiles I ordered. 0/10 would not recommend.

Shipping was sketchy. Chile arrived five days late. Despite that it was in great shape, just needed a little rehydration. It’s really hot and delicious this year, I am in heaven! Living so far away from New Mexico. I am so grateful to have this farm ship me good fresh chili year after year. I will definitely keep coming back.

I have always ordered the Jarred hot green chilies, but once I saw they offered fresh green chilies. I ordered 25 lb. Immediately roasted them, chopped them and sealed them for freezer use. I used to live in Arizona when I could get them all the time, now that I live in North Carolina I have to order them. They are delicious. I recommend them to all

The mild green chile arrived fresh and undamaged. The flavor was fabulous! Still has a touch of heat to it. I have already roasted it, made enchilada sauce and green chile stew, as well as still having bags of fresh roasted in the freezer. 25 lbs goes a long way. My friends are also benefiting from this, since I like to share.

Mild Roasted Hatch Green Chile - (1904)

This is the best chili on the market, hands down. I've never gotten any that I haven't loved. I was apprehensive about buying frozen at first, but they've been just as good as fresh; both are excellent. I used to live in Albuquerque, now I don't have that 'street-corner' access to fresh roasted chilies like I used to, and this has proven to be an excellent way for me to get my chili addiction satisfied (but only Hatch truly satisfies it, and trust me, I've tried multiple other chilies). There's just no comparison. I don't know what it is, but Hatch has a unique flavor and that's what I crave -- no other chili has come close, so thankfully these have always been shipped in great condition. If you're fellow a Hatch chili addict, this is the place to get them!

The small table top roaster works great. I roasted 25 lbs yesterday, I did about 5 lb batches roast them, steam them, clean them then onto the next batch. It was just me so it took close to 5 hours. Yes I like my 5’s Maybe Hatch will send me a jar of 555. Love that earthy smoked flavor 😋
