We have been ordering these hatch chiles for over a year now. The chiles are fantastic but everything from the quick shipping, to the excellent packaging has been so reliable.

We use their chiles in our blue masa cheddar, hatch chile bread and people go nuts for it!

Remember Hatch chillies will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through NO HATCH CHILLIES. Always good Roasted and delicious and get a good vacuum sealer so you can have year round

The service was exceptional! the chiles came in on time and very fresh! There were no damaged peppers at all. The aroma was fantastic and I literally started roasting within an hour after delivery. After sampling a few of the roasted peeled chiles, I was not pleased with teh amount of spicey-ness. I had just been in New Mexico and had had some amazing chiles in one location which were described to me as Hatch Chiles. They had a real piquente bite. I loved them. These were not as spicy as I had hoped. Next time I will order VERY Hot. But I will get another full load. This is a great product.

I was thankful for the 5 lb shipment after notifying you that the earlier 25 lb shipment had about 1/4 damaged or roten chiles. I believe the earlier shipment might have suffered from heat damange during the mailing given the unusual high temperatures we were experiencing in August.

Shipped 25 Lbs of HOT green chilie to Pennsylvania. Two day air. Arrived in great shape, not one chile pod was damaged or nasty. Grilled on the BBQ, took 3 hrs to roast, rest, and bag. all set for the next 6 months at least.

I ordered Big Jim chile but I'm not sure that's what I received. Big Jim chile is a meaty large chile and the order I received looked very different. I roasted it and froze it so I'll wait to try it out before I can really judge what I received. Not feeling very confident.
