I order two batches of Chiles each year. 5 lb boxes each of Med and Hot. And just like last year, they got to me here in Florida in mid summer with zero defects.
Awesome taste year round for us.
Thanks again. See you again next year!

I was visiting my Son & family in Beaumont, TX a couple years ago and my daughter in law introduced me to this incredible chili pepper!!!! Well I've been hooked since ☺️
I came home and introduced it to my grand daughter in laws. We absolutely love it.
I purchased a case of fresh chili's once I receive them, I fire-pit roasted them and they are in my freezer awaiting enhancing one of our family mealy!!!
Excellent produce that everyone should try!!!
Thanks!

Every year I look forward to my 25# box of Hatch green chile. Having lived and worked in Lordsburg, I'm all too familiar with Hatch Chile. When I moved to Tennessee I still had to have my chile, so I put in my order every year. You can't beat the freshness and taste of Hatch Chile fresh from the field. I use Chiles in a lot of my cooking. I wouldn't buy any green chile from anyone except Hatch Chile. Taste and quality is perfect. Thanks Hatch Chile.

High quality peppers. It took a little longer to ship than expected but due to plant production and harvesting, I am glad to have waited a couple of extra weeks for quality product than get an inferior product. I smoker 25# in my smoker then dehydrated them. I ender up with 2# ground hatch peppers and it is so tasty to cook with.

Arrived green, firm, and ready for tata's kitchen.
I roasted, cleaned the insides, the charred skin should be left on. The flavors will knock your socks off.
Invited friends over, put them to work. Still needed guacamole, tortillas, and a pot of frijoles.
The chili rellenos were fantastic. Cooked another batch, no left overs.
Roasted, vacuum packed and froze those we did not eat.
Sorry, no photos. I do need to remember that photos are necessary

Both packages arrived fresh, firm, no damage. I did not need the shipping protection.
For all y'all, sadly I here the crops are being damaged by chili bugs. Okay, bad joke.
I order my peppers early, usually close to a year in advance.
I hope there are enough for all y'all.

I buy 25-50lbs green chile every year. This years 50lbs arrived overnight to northern Wisconsin in perfect condition. 2 cracked chiles and none spoiled. This year’s crop flavor is fabulous and has that distinctive Hatch taste. Takes me back to when I was teaching high school in Hatch during the late 1970’s.
