I found you on line during the pandemic. I live in Maine and it's very difficult to get authentic and fresh salsa with your beautiful chilies. I am hooked on Papa's Homemade Salsa x-hot. I'm a back of the house hot, kinda gal, and I love this level of heat. Not over the top. But it's right there! The flavor of the salsa, is the best I've had. That's why I am a subscriber and I never run out now. That happened before. We don't talk about it. So, I don't run out. I cannot recommend this salsa highly enough. It really is the best.

I moved away from NM in Nov 2022. Chile is the only thing I missed about NM. When I found that I could have chile shipped to me, I was ecstatic! I have received 2 shipments of chile now. It is the freshest, most beautiful green, most flavorful chile I have ever had! Even better than the fresh roasted I used to get at farmer’s markets in NM. And being able to set recurring shipments makes it super easy to keep a nice stock in the freezer! THANK YOU!!!

Good, but not as flavorful or distinctive as I was expecting. Probably better than the stuff I buy at Walmart for 1/3 the price (their stuff is a little sugary) but not worth what I paid for it. the people who recommended you raved about your products so I may try something else.

Just delicious! We are foodies and normally never buy prepared foods. Hatch green chile products are one of the very few exceptions. Crisped up these chimichangas in the air fryer, served with home made salsa and guacamole. Yum!

Just delicious! We are foodies and normally never buy prepared foods. Hatch green chile products are one of the very few exceptions. We have ordered Hatch Chile Rellenos more than once and also sent them as gifts. Cooked in the air fryer, they are super yummy!

My only complaint. Would be to make them just a bit smaller in diced size. I use them for soup and it would be helpful to have them a bit smaller. The flavor is great. Packaging is great.

I was looking for a roaster that would work. I have been using my grill for years but I would lose so much between the grate. I looked at plans to make one but for the cost just could not beat this one. Best thing is it works great!

There is absolutely nothing comparable to the amazing flavor of Hatch Chiles! We add them to a variety of dishes from eggs to salad dressings to main dishes. They provide a unique, flavorful twist to almost any recipe, even some desserts! Buying them pre-roasted and chopped is definitely the way to go as it makes it so very easy to simply break off and thaw the amount needed each time. Hatch chiles have a unique, special flavor and have become an essential ingredient for us to have on hand.

This was my first order. I was pleased with the shipping, the Chile arrived still frozen because it was packed in dry ice. This Chile was processed well, I have yet to encounter any skin in the Chile. The flavor and texture is amazing. I’ll be looking forward to delicious meals and many future orders!

For decades I have been ordering from a different company. They used styrofoam peanuts (a lot of them) in every shipment. Looking for a different place to get my Hatch fix, I found the Hatch Chile store. The best chile ever!! It comes in packing material that I can put in my compost can. You see I moved to California, but you can't take the New Mexico out of the girl. Grateful!!

The chiles were plenty meaty and just the right amount of heat along with being expertly pealed. THEY WERE WELL PACKED AND STILL FROZEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED. You can expect further orders from me for sure.
Thanks,
Frank

I have always enjoyed your chili. However, I placed an order two to three weeks ago or maybe even longer for chopped green chili and have not received it. Would you be so kind and to check on its status. Thank you

Not too MD and not too too hot. Big Jim is just right. Packaging is great too whether in kept in the freezer or thawed in the refrigerator. Probably should have ordered 10 lbs as am making up for lost time with five lbs.

We used to live in New Mexico, and purchased fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile every year. Your jars of roasted chile are the closest we’ve found to the fresh roasted, and is much easier for us to store than your fresh frozen green chilies (which are very good too, just like the ones we would freeze in New Mexico, however they are more difficult for us to store). We love your Green Chilies in the jar, and always keep several on hand. They’re delicious in many different dishes we prepare, not just Mexican food.

We’re New Mexicans that no longer live in NM and have no access to green chile most of the time where we live. Very happy with our chile orders from the Hatch Chile Store, they arrive quickly, packed super well and still frozen in the dry ice! Very happy with our purchases and highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store to anyone who wants hot chile delivered fast!

Loving my Hatch Chile? Silly question. Of course! I lived in New Mexico for 19 years, so chile (especially Hatch chile) is one of my basic food groups. Now you just need to capture that roasting chile aroma and make it available for home delivery 😄

The chili's are exceptional, the only thing is they are very expensive and for the amount we use just too pricey for us! We love the flavor and the quality though use them in and on everything!

I like salsa hot. This salsa is hot, but also tasty. Other salsas I tried were also hot, but not as tasty. Will buy again.
