Great, but not hot enough for me, so I’ll only buy hot from now on! Though- it’s good to blend the two on occasion I suppose! Thank you!!

Being a native New Mexican living in Indiana, I use to have access to Hatch Chile at Krogers, however since last year have been unable to find it there. Grateful now to have access to mail order on your website. For all years before always managed to have it. Love my New Mexico Chile!! Thank you for quick delivery.

Very nice chile flavor, and yet very mild. If you want a kick, you might have to add some that is a little bit hotter, as this one even milder than I expected. It defrosts very fast because the packaging is flat, and is so easy to use this way.

Hatch Green Chilis arrived a week early, as I thought I missed the order deadline. Ordered on Saturday, shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, which was awesome. Shipping box was very study and almost filled to the very top, even after the peppers settled through the shipping process.

99.99% of the peppers were in great shape. Very happy with the selection and quantity received. Even received some red ones in the bunch!

Stored peppers in the shipping box in a refrigerator for a week until I had time to make some salsa. Peppers still held up well for that week and only discarded a few. Smoked and used 180 peppers for salsa then froze the remaining. Placed whole raw peppers in freezer ziplocks and removed as much air as possible. Probably should have vacuum sealed, but we’ll see how they hold up.

Looking forward to hatch green chili salsa, meatloaf, chili and fajitas over the course of the next few months!

Will definitely order again. Thanks for a great experience.

Only suggestion is to cut down on the emails. I’m sure I can reduce them somewhere in my settings, but feel I receive several per week.

We love, love, love these Hatch green chiles. Been ordering for a few years. We always order two day air and most of the chiles arrive great. This year we had a few spoiled ones. We have a day that we call chile roast day, get out the ole grill and have a party.

I'm delighted with the products from the Hatch Chile Store. I shipped small boxes of chilies off to family in MA. Additionally, I sent the site address to family in NH. They loved them!! I also saved a shipment for myself (both red and green - hot and mild). I plan to put these up to savor until I can order from the harvest next year.

Recently received and used this Small Table Top Roaster and roasted some Red Hatch Chilis. The roaster worked well. I will advise that it may be good to sort the Chilis by size and roast them by size. I found that I over-roasted the smaller chilis while the larger ones were perfect.

We put one jar in the pantry; contents of another frozen in an ice cube tray and popped into a resealable container for one-at-a-time use; half of the third jar went into a recipe (the remainder is in the fridge). Very tasty! The shipment arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

Had some shipping issues, but they quickly fixed them. Great peppers. I bought all kinds. Last box were a tad small for the med big Jim's, but it's probably because it's the end of the season. I have spent the last month using my kitchen torch to roast them and it's been a time-saver. I smoked about 10 lbs dried some and froze some. All in all, VERY happy. Just waiting on my 3' Ristra now!

Great size 8- 10 inches and nice round for easy stuffing with favorite meat and cheese. Roasted and peeled takes the hastle out of prep. Vacuum packed sealed bags with 6-8 chilies per bag make it easy to use the chilies you need for your recipe and the rest can stay sealed in there bags until you are ready to use. Reliable delivery.
