One of the best things about these chile rellenos is that I can cook them in my air fryer! That’s so easy! These are a great product and much easier than when I make rellenos!

I love these tamales. They are what I grew up eating. By that I mean the shape of the tamale as well as the ingredients .

I grew up not far from the city of Hatch.
Feels like home

We love our dried Hatch red Chile pods medium as they are perfect for making our homemade Carne Adovada. The flavor takes us right back to our New Mexico roots and brings back memories of eating at our favorite restaurants in Chimayo, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Sadly, the Mexican restaurants in the Pacific Northwest just can't compare so we make our own NM dishes in our kitchen. Thanks to The Hatch Chile Store, we can bring delicious NM meals to our table!

For the first time in all the years I've been purchasing these Chiles, I had spoilage in BOTH boxes. When you asked me for a review, instead I reached out and told customer service. I was told it was a fluke. Hard to believe as it happened in BOTH boxes. I got a small refund, but that’s not what I wanted. I want to let you know that you may have a problem.

Only giving a 2 out if respect for the chilies.
Three years in a row order was messed up.
The first-year thing mixed hot and medium together so there was no way to tell the difference.
The second ear, a too large a portion of the Chili's came in rotten. They did work with me on some of it but it was still not necessary. Yes I know I could have gotten overnight, but they're shipping is outrageous.
The third-year, I get an email that my order is being processed then I never hear anymore. Then my order disappears. I called to get it going again then they can't pick my Chili's on the next week. I then went to Fresh market and bought Chili's with the brand name Young gun, they seem fantastic. When left a voicemail that I needed to cancel my order, I then get an email that they were unable to pick my order and they were canceling it. I have no idea which one is true but it really doesn't matter.
check out your local Fresh market, the price was what is charged by hatch chile for a case, no shipping, and the one nearest to me, actually had someone out roasting them in the proper kind of roaster.
Needless to say, I won't be using hatch chile store again.

The wreath is beautiful. However it was shipped with no padding at all which during the holidays is extra risky and resulted in about a dozen chile pods coming off. I was told by customer service that this was inevitable. Maybe it would be less so if some bubble wrap were put around it. When you spend over $100 for a 13” wreath plus $14 shipping don’t you think a little more care when shipping is justified?

This is an annual tradition, take a southwest trip to Hatch, N.M. or order on line. On line works...roast, clean, cook, repeat! That's how it's done. Hot, tasty and delicious with all foods. If it isn't hatch chile - it's just another chile!!!

I had them shipped to Kenai, AK with zero waste from spoilage. I like my chile hot, but not so hot you don't enjoy the flavor. The Sandia is perfect. They were easy to roast, peel and put away. The flavor is fantastic. I wouldn't order from anyone else!

Preordered my chilies and they arrived rotten and moldy. Make sure to pay extra for shipping if you want them even though they don't guarantee they will be good. I payed for the chilies now out that money and have to buy again if I want to have any.

I was pleased by the chili. Only thing is I wish there was a shipping option to freeze the chili in specific quantities. We usually only use two at a time so we either have to use the other three within a reasonable time or it’s wasted.
