Very disappointing - exremely dry, very small, taste was ok, but overall, the quality was not what we were expecting from Hatch. We have not tried the red chili pork tamales yet, but I will review them when I get the chance

For many years I have roasted, peeled and bagged green chili. I especially love the super hot. Seems to only be able to get it, when fresh. This year, I chose to let Hatch Chili, do the work and have my ready- to go 5 lb. bags sent to me.
Love it, wonderful company and super chili.

Seriously excellent Chile Relleños! The breading is wonderfully tasty, the chile has just enough bite and the cheese is perfect. These are going to be such a hit at parties, especially for those who are first timers to the dish!

Love the convenience of the chopped and ready to go. Cannot go wrong with these peppers. The flavor is what influences my 5 star rating. Flavor is superb and the heat is matched to my tolerance for heat. My husband could go hotter but these are perfect; not too hot and not too mild.

Every item in the order was better than expected, as good as or better than any sauce I have tasted between Albuquerque and Edgewood, to Deming, and Soccorro and over to Grants and up to Chimayo. The flavors of New Mexico are back in my kitchen.

Thanks to everyone at Hatch Chili Store

First delivery was returned because of damage by the carrier. 2nd delivery made it but package was very damaged. Box looked like it had been crushed and sides were almost all the way opened. I think it just barely made it before it would have been damaged and returned also.
