These are incredible. I lived in NM for a few years and missed not having real green chile on all my food. This is exactly as I remember it. Can't get this anywhere else in the country. Legit green chile is absolutely worth the effort. Wouldn't buy it anywhere else.

Bought a ton of these for the holidays. I live in Seattle now and can’t get them out here. All the rellenos we can find out here are made with poblanos. I ordered enough to share and brought some to work for those of us that had to work Christmas at the hospital. They are now addicted and asking me for more. Order arrived fresh and in good condition customer service is awesome and answers questions promptly. The only hard part was the waiting. Overall couldn’t be happier.

I am from CO. And grew up eating green chiles. I have lived in FL for 20+ years and needles to say we can not get good green chilies in FL. My Brother started bringing your product back to Denver by the case. He would alway give me a few LB to bring home... Hot without tasting this; I can eat habanero and stand the heat (not a lot) and should have gone hot. Medium has a very nice heat and great with eggs, burritos etc.

Flavor is pretty good
Heat is good
Presentation is good
The only negative parts
Are that its not pure chile peppers, its flavored with garlic and salt
And all the seeds are left in with the pepper meat.
I grew up in Cruces and never added spices to my fresh chiles, and was hoping for that same type of thing, but its still pretty good.

The second time around the experience was great. The first time, not so much. UPS delivered them to the post office without notifying me shipment was in. They sat in the post office for 5 days before we located them. The dry ice had melted of course and the order was ruined. Danny at Hatch Chili made it right with replacing the order. So even though UPS screwed up, the second time around gets a 5 star!
