I definitely will order again. These Chiles were perfectly roasted and peeled. The flavor is like I remember it back when I lived in El Paso and we would go buy the Hatch Chile. They were packed individually and arrived promptly in dry ice. It was well worth the money spent.

These tamales are awesome. I have only had them fresh-made before so this is the first time to try them frozen and we amazed at how good they are, just as good as if they were fresh-made! Upon receipt, we wrapped them two-by-two and put them in separate freezer bags which makes them easier for us to thaw only as many as we plan to eat at one time. So easy to pop in the microwave and heat and in minutes they are ready to eat. YUM! YUM! is all I can say!

As with the chicken tamales we ordered, these were absolutely fantastic, well still are as upon receipt we wrapped them two-by-two and put in separate freezer bags to make it easier to thaw out only as many as we could eat at one time. They are fantastic, flavor is great, they are as good as fresh-made! And of course the hatch chile has such a unique and wonderful flavor. We will be ordering more most definitely!

I guess I must be spoiled because I have lived in Arizona and Colorado for most of my life and when I had to pay about five times as much for 5 pounds of chilies as I did for a bushel of Chili’s when I was in Colorado that took me by surprise that is only one ingredient to a very expensive dish in the first place

Put it on omelets, chicken, quiche, and burgers. But when I tried it on my hotdogs I went crazy!
