When I received the large box of Chile I was very pleased to see the very fresh condition the chiles were in, no wilt and very few were spoiled. Compared to last year’s delivery I was very surprised at there condition. I received that box on Thursday. The following Monday I received a 2nd smaller box and this box must have been sitting in some warehouse and with temperatures running 100 plus for that entire period you can imagine the condition they were in. I’m not sure what the second box represented but I set them in my back yard to finish turning red

Love these chilis! I treat myself every year for my birthday! Since moving from AZ to back home in ME I roast & freeze for my long NE winters! Favorite thing I make (according to friends all over US) is my Roasted NM Hatch chili pesto! Fab on pasta, fish, burgers, veggies etc! Happy to educate bland ME tastebuds! Thanks for a great product!

The chile arrived in New Hampshire in perfect condition 25 pounds of hot and 25 pounds of medium. Due to the weather, I didn't have time to roast until 2 days later. Of course, they are delicious. They are all peeled, vacuum sealed, and will get me through the year. Will order next year.

I got my 5 lbs order yesterday, they are fresh and nice, all very good and no spoilage. They arrived earlier than I expected. I roasted them and made 2 meals, love the taste. I just found out that i could've ordered 10 lbs for just $5 more! i actually never even checked price for 10lbs because I thought it'd be double the price. I am kicking myself now! I am going to order more hot ones next time. Thank you for the wonderful product!

The Hatchup is a very unique blend of chili and catchup. I really like it with hot dogs. I haven’t tried it yet with other things. I don’t usually use any condiments except green chili. I will be using Hatchup with burgers, fries and other things. Thanks for thinking of the blend.

This is a very tasty and delicious ketchup - with robust tomato flavor, but also with the Hatch Chile 'kick'. It's not overly spicy - just enough to make it a great addition to any table. I recently used it as a garnish for some crab cakes - delicious!

My family grew up near Hatch NM and the chiles there were always the best. I still remember the smell when my dad would roast them. We all moved away but I sent some to my foodie of a brother as a birthday present and he was beyond thrilled to get a memory and taste of home....they are that good!

My only regret is I did not buy more! They arrived in perfect condition. Not one pepper was in any less than excellent shape. They were large and meaty. Easy to blister and freeze. Both the ones we cooked the evening we received and the ones we froze are FULL of flavor. 100% will buy again and have shared this companies information with friends lucky enough to have tried some of ours. They also do a good job of communicating when they will arrive so you can prepare. Great experience start to finish.

This is my third time ordering from the Hatch Chile Store and each time it's been absolute dynamite. I grew up in Colorado and can remember in Fall when the harvests would start rolling in from New Mexico. Federal Boulevard would be alive with the smell of roasting chiles. I live on the East Coast now and thought I was doomed to eat substandard peppers for the rest of my days. Thanks to the Hatch Chile Store, I'm now making Colorado-style chili every football Sunday and there are never leftovers!

I ordered mild and it was too mild for my taste.

Also, it was early / first pick (I assume) so it did not have a lot of flavor. ( I should have asked for a shipment later in the season.)

My peppers arrive fresh and have an amazing flavor. I flame roast them which creates caramelization of sugars adding a tantalizing smoky flavor. These chilis bring my neighbors over letting me know how awesome they smell. The order process is simple and they always deliver a quality product that is guaranteed.

This is our third year ordering from Hatch Green Chile. We ordered 100 lbs of green chiles this year. We use hatch chiles in tons of recipes in our home.

Our chiles arrived fresh less than 48 hours after being picked from the field (we're in Indiana). It took us three days to roast, peel, and can our chiles. The chiles on the grill in my photos is the last of our order and the photo was taken three days after delivery. You can see they look just as fresh as the day they were delivered--and these weren't refrigerated.

Ordering chiles from Hatch Green Chile has become a tradition in our family and we look forward to many more years to come!
