This was the deadest, driest, broken I've ever seen. Worse than it 5 years old replacement plus small cause straw added to measurement. Happy to send photo if you'll replace at your expense.

Moved to NY from San Diego four years ago and have not had good Mexican food since. Ordered the Chile Rellenos just to take a chance. I was definitely rewarded! Great Chile Rellenos! I put a little olive oil in a cast iron skillet and pan fry. The outer layer is crisp with melted cheese and chili on the inside. Perfect! I plan to always have a supply in the freezer.

La Tortilla Factory produces a superior tortilla albeit with Hatch green chili!
Yours crumble easily whereas the La Tortilla Factory tortillas are pliable and taste better!

Super fresh and delicious! Just two of us so we get 10 lbs and make a day of it roasting and peeling! Was referred to you by New Mexican cousins and this is our 4 the year. Use them in lots of things and just love them. Used to buy them in the grocery store, but they were ragged and all over the place heat wise--most too hot to eat and mislabeled. We're trying the mediums this year. Thanks for a great product! My only suggestion (actually a plea) would be to offer 15 lb size!

My first order of Chile Rellenos came frozen solid with dry ice stoked. This is one of the best Chile Rellenos I have ever had. always order em when I go to Mexican restaurants. This Hatch Chile Relleno gets a 10. Ordered 2 dozen more, awesome If you cook at home. Thanks JR.

Last yr I got some of the best rellenos I've had in years. But this yr o paid a lot more and they are incredibly tough, even to cut with a knife. I don't know what you've changed in the last year. But I wouldn't buy these again at all. Let me know what's changed or maybe it's just my order. But these were ridiculous.

Our son and his family moved to Seattle, WA. They reall missed the New Mexico Chili. The Fred Meyers store finally started stocking the 505 green chili, but still no red. Sent them 4 jars of the medium red. They loved it, but a bit to hot LOL, so my next order will be mild. The chile was so delicious. Hopefully the red chili will be in their neck of the woods sooner than later. Great product!!!

My husband loves Hatch pure green chile roast. He says "There's none better.". He adds it to his cooking, puts it on sandwiches and burgers, and even sometimes in salads. He appreciates that it's chopped chiles and not a puree. He likes the texture and the flavor.
