We used to live in CO and could get hatch chilies anywhere there in the fall. Since moving to FL you can’t find hatch chilies here. We have now ordered a total of 3- 25lb boxes of the fresh medium chilies. These Chilies are delicious. We’ve roasted them on the Treager grill, some on the charcoal grill, and some in the oven. The ones on the charcoal grill turned out the best. We freeze most of the chilies to use later for our recipes. We will continue to order them from here in the future.

There is nothing like the aroma of those chilies roasting. There was absolutely no waste and the video shows how to peel, handle etc. have been ordering from this company for many years now and they have never disappointed. I cannot praise them enough. The company is easy to work with and they keep you apprised of your order every step of the way. Since moving to California to live with my daughter and family, am finally able to find their products in the grocery store. Have even converted the kids. Will be ordering more of the products online.

Our first time ordering Hatch Chile Rellenos and want to say, for frozen pre-made rellenos, they are wonderful. Used my air fryer and smothered with additional cheese and red chile enchilada sauce and we were happy happy. Just moved to Florida from New Mexico and there's nothing comparable out here. Highly recommend them, as well as the frozen whole green chiles!

Maybe because we ordered much later this year, then chiles were definitely NOT extra hot as we've had in the past. About 26 chiles were already starting to or already spoiled. Very disappointed this year 😡

Chile arrived in perfect condition. It was packed to make its journey from New Mexico to Connecticut as frozen as it could be. Since it has been 5 years since we have had the pleasure of eating Hatch green chile we are thoroughly enjoying having it as close as our freezer now. We froze the chile we chopped in ice cube trays and find this a great way to use it whenever we feel the urge for a really good chile fix.
