These chilies are good and are not so hot that they fry your mouth. They do not have as much flavor as the Big Jim chilies. They are so much hotter that you lose the wonderful chili flavor but pick up the heat if you like hotter green chili.

I found the breading too thick for me on these and it overwhelmed the chile. Still, the ingredients are quality and the chiles themselves are very nice.

These are delicious roasted chiles. They are packaged nicely and have stems intact, if you want to stuff them in the traditional style. I was a little surprised that they were much milder than I expected from a "medium heat" chile, but that is very subjective. I will order hot next time.

Since it's hard to find good chile rellenos in the restaurants in Virginia I started making my own, which led me to order the hatch Chile's from the Hatch Chile Store...until I tried there chile rellenos...now I'm hooked on them!

I make some tex mex staples at home, but tamales are a lot of work...and these are delicious! Anybody who hasn't tried tamales with hatch Chile's inside is really missing out!

The 8" Chile Pequin Wreath is the perfect size for a small family when you need a few peppers to help spice up your everyday food. The wreath will last for most a full year till the next harvest comes in. We keep a jar of ground peppers for pizza, breakfast meals, and spicing up slow roasts. We buy these for friends and family so they will stop borrowing from us.

This was the perfect gift for a parent who is absolutely impossible to shop for. I bought the untreated ristra, so they could cook with them, and I am happy to report that they LOVED the large ristra. It was a bit of a shock as to just how large it was, but we had to go a little extra on Christmas. Lol
Wonderful product. 10/10 would recommend.

Living in France, we've been unable to find green chile anywhere here: that is simply unacceptable. Having the Hatch Chile Store ship their product to us has been a Godsend! The delivery is super-fast and the product is very well-packed with no breakage or damage. We love the Hot Hatch Green Chile Roast and will continue to order it!

We were extremely satisfied with the extra hot green chili peppers and ordered them every couple of months to make green chili. However recently they got rid of the extra hot peppers :( They told us that the “hot” level would still be spicy but really it does not taste spicy at all to us or have very much flavor in our opinion so we are very sad!!! Please bring the extra hot back!!!

I am a long time customer and love your products. However your shipping protocol is terrible . A package of chopped and a bag of Rellenos were shipped on 4/12 with delivery on 4/14 to San Antonio, TX . 2 days delivery and It was in box with insulation paper but no ice packs and it was 99F. Everything was thawed and the rellenos were in a bag rolled into a ball. Put everything in the freezer and next day we wanted to cook 6 rellenos. However it is impossible to get 6 of them out of the bag without destroying all of them as they were melted together when thawed and re-froze. And the rellenos were not laying in rows in the bag, but rolled into a tight ball. Last time the bag was in its own box, but this time the bag was shipped loose in the main box. I gave 4 stars even with this for the taste, but shipping is very substandard. I guess I will have to go back to buying your whole chiles and making my own rellenos. Thanks for listening. If you like Chile replenish or even if you have never tried…. These are amazing. They come well packaged. I separate them out in packets of 2 and freeze and when I want a quick delicious rellano it’s at my finger tips. The blend of cheese, Chile and breading is perfect!!! Buy. Buy. Buy!!!!!!

The wreath I received is beautiful. The chilies are softly dried, vibrant and very well fastened. I have snipped some chilies off of the back for use in cooking and they have a wonderfully spice and flavor. I was so impressed with this wreath that I immediately ordered one for my son for the holidays. My wreath is still looking vibrant and it’s now Easter. I would be proud to send this wreath to anyone.

This was the second time ordering from this company, as the first order was great, and I had a craving for hatch green chile again, it is hard to come by in the midwest where I live. The second order was not what I was expecting. So the website would only let you choose chopped, which is fine, but when it arrived it still had so much skin in it, it was hardly worth picking through it to get all of the skin out! Very disappointed! Will not be ordering again.

I love Hatch Green Chilies you cannot beat the flavor and taste. I use them to make my grandmothers green chile recipe that is well over 100 years old. My only complaint was it took so long to receive my chilies from you.
