I couldn’t be happier with this Hatch green chile. It absolutely meets the standards I’ve come to expect from authentic Hatch green chile, with great flavor and just the right amount of heat.
Living in Florida, finding truly good, authentic hot green chile can feel almost impossible. That’s what makes this family’s effort so special. They’ve made it possible for people like me, who live far from New Mexico, to get our hands on quality Hatch green chile without having to travel halfway across the country.
You can taste the care and pride that goes into what they’re doing. The chile is excellent, and I’m grateful to this family for making authentic Hatch green chile accessible here in Florida. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

My first shipment wasn't even cold let alone frozen when it arrived. I contacted the company right away on their customer service email with photos. Representative was responsive quickly, and very professional and courteous. Another shipment was sent right away at no cost to me. Amazing customer service and delicious product. Highly recommend this company and it's frozen chopped chiles.

We moved away from New Mexico 5 years ago and one thing we missed was fresh roasted green chili. We would bring back jars every time we visited but it just wasn't the same. I finally decided to spring for the cost and have some hot chopped green chili mailed to us in Florida. Now we are using it on almost everything again!!

The neighborhood enjoyed my distribution of fresh chilies, though was a bit disappointed by the number of losses in each box this year. At least 5 in each of three boxes were rotting beyond use. Had a great time roasting and making numerous sauces thoug

A mixed review: my first batch was spoiled, after reporting immediately and assured a replacement would be coming it never came. The batch I sent to my mom was perfect. The extra hot batch on my second order was fresh but barely hot. My mom was pleased but I was left OK but dissatisfied.

They arrived late, were totally thawed out, and couldn't eat them, due to not knowing how long they had been thawed out for. I sent a text message to you, including photos, per instuctions if they arrived thawed out, and never received any response.
