We enjoy the Hot Chiles but we wish they were hotter. We use to be able to order the Xtra Hot chopped and frozen but they are not offered anymore ☹️,

These Chiles are always wonderful. I recommended them to my daughter. She bought 2 boxes: 1 medium, 1 hot. She loved the ones I brought her in July. You can’t beat the quality & the flavor.

Super small peppers obviously pick way too soon 1 and 2 inch peppers don't cut it. I called your office twice to complain and was told you're going to get back to me to fix this, haven't heard a word. I've sent pictures. No response.

No complaints on my end, same great taste, yes the pods are smaller but they are fine for the type of cooking I do. Did I tell you they taste fantastic? Of course I'm putting a curse on all bugs that try and kill your chilies.

I ended up loseing around 8 chilies out of the ten pounds. For a tender product like the chili, I don't find that DOA number to be a problem. Maybe 3 of the chilis were beyound repair, while the other was more of a banged up issue, spilt chili, or a ugly spot like a mold.
Can't wait until next year to get another 10 pounds.

Your service and the quality of chiles were very good. However after I ordered I found the same brand at my local supermarket for one third of your price. Unfortunately it doesn’t make sense for me to order them again from you. I appreciate your time though.

With timely notification of potential shipping date and then confirmation 24 to 48 hours ahead, my shipment arrived as promised. The chilis were in very good condition and very fresh. I roasted them right away and then tasted them. They had just the right amount of heat for medium and the flavor was wonderful. So glad I ordered these. Will order again in the future.
