The worst green chili I’ve ever seen it arrived all wrinkled, and small and very old couldn’t do anything with it. I ended up throwing it away.

The fhopped hot chile has great flavor and males my chile verde stew excellent. I add some of your hot green chile powder as well. Outstanding end result. There is more charred skin pieces is this shipment than those previously. Still, the best I have found. Way better than what I can find in the grocery.

The chile is terrific, the melted cheese is very good. However, the bread coating is not good and there is way to much of it. There is more of the breading than there is chile and cheese. I won't be buying anymore of them.

We absolutely love our Hatch Green Chilis. We have made roasted Hatch Green Chili Sauce that is delicious. We have used them fresh in our salads and on our White Tail Deer Burgers. They have such a very distinct flavor compared to any other chilis that we have eaten. We have made our very first batch of Candied Hatch Chili Peppers that are fantastic.

They arrived broken to pieces. I’ve tried contact the company via email and text, but never heard anything from them.
It’s hard to use the tortillas that are so broken up.

Beautiful Product, I roasted, peeled and served the Chile with some Pork Butt, and Hominy for a Green Chile Stew Recipe I found in Colorado. Thank you so much, one box takes me until next season. Yes they are hot. Love them and I will continue to buy them as long you grow them. Brian

This is my 3rd or 4th time buying in Hatch chiles, and every time the peppers arrived fresh and ready to use. This year there was one pod spoiled, and at this distance, that's very good! I roast them over charcoal, peel, devein and chop them for freezing. I use them fairly often, in chili, on burgers, and anywhere else I think of.
I also grow my own Anaheim peppers, but use them more for fresh use.
I'll be ordering again next year.

I love that I get to have green chile from Hatch anytime I want it. If I only use some of the jar I can refrigerate the rate or freeze it. I can use it all yr round. I used to but the chiles and roast them but now I don’t have to. I really love this brand.
