We all enjoyed the Chile Rellenos last night with friends. I’m glad I already purchased more! Thank you for the discount offer. Thank you again for adding directions for cooking with an Air-Fryer - very helpful.

I have made my own Chile rellenos in the past but this time I used Hatch Chile Store rellenos. My sons and their wives came over for Lamb Barbacoa, your rellenos, refried beans with green Chile salsa and pico de gallo. Both sons said that I outdid myself regarding the rellenos so I confessed where they came from. I immediately ordered another dozen. Thanks

Definitely hot just like we like it! Thank you for sending the email explaining the crops this year. It answered my question as to why they were small. They still roasted up nice and even the kids are requesting homemade green chili sauce!

I prepared 3 rellanos in the air fryer and later 3 defrosted rellanos by frying in oil. Basically, there was no difference in the final product.

The chilies were good. The dough around the chilies was unpleasantly mushy even tho’ the outer part was crispy.

I would give them zero stars if possible. These may be the worst tamales I've ever had. They are dry and flavorless. The filling was intermittantly distributed with filling completely absent in some parts. Will definantly not buy again.

Can't get enough of the flavor ... however, there's way too much blistered/burnt skin that's inedible. I get there is always some amount, but this was so much I can't give a higher rating.

It arrived super fresh and clean. All had beautiful color and oohhh the wonderful aroma of roasting fresh hatch chili. We roasted outside at the pool bbq and heads were turning and the curiosity was high. I think we had a few coughing off the fumes. Great product and we’re happy to be able to pull a bag from the freezer and eat some good chili. Heat level is a good medium.

I LOVE these chilies! This season was definately a "trying season" with the delays and field issues, but in the end they are worth the wait. The day I got the chilies I roasted most of them and created some fabulous chile verde. Time to enjoy, see you next season.

I have ordered Hatch Green Chili Chicken Tamales for years as gifts and also for my self and my parents since we moved to Florida from Albuquerque. We have always enjoyed them but this time they are not the same. I’m not sure if Hatch changed the recipe or how they are made but they taste nothing like before. They are dry, tasteless and just plain bad. No matter how much we have tried to make them taste better with more Hatch chili, nothing helps. We will not be ordering them again. I will definitely not order them for gifts. The delivery process as well with Hatch has changed and the first order was completely ruined due to poor packaging and delivery. It made us sick having to throw them out as they arrived completely melted and foaming due to rot and not enough ice or proper packaging to reserve them. It just appears that Hatch products in general are not the same as they have been through the years and hopefully they are not allowing the great product they have offered for so many years to be ruined. We also ordered the red chili pork tamales and they were the same…tasteless.

I have been ordering Hatch chily for years. My family has been eating hatch chily forever. I use to order the pods, roast them, clean them then freeze the chily. Was a lot of work. Then I got lazy and started ordering Roasted hatch frozen chily . They come in hot ice and the taste of the chily is the same without all the work. Wondering why I didn't do this years ago. Thank you hatch chily for your great chily and the roasted chopped chily. Also a note, I have tried other chily that says hatch valley chily. Definitely not the same!!
