The Chili’s arrived fresh and a good condition. I roasted them and made the most delicious soup! Everyone commented on the fresh flavor. They were so easy to peel after roasting. I combined a recipe for New Mexico green chili soup and a more traditional posole. Delicious!

Very well prepared and tasty. Needs more spices inside. The package arrived to Alabama unfrozen and just cool. USPS sucks and takes too long for your dry ice. Need to use UPS for frozen.

Every Christmas my sister would make tamales. All different. My favorite was her chili and cheese . I loved how the cheese pulled when I cut in. I have to say I was disappointed with your product. I felt there was too much masa which made it dry and I couldn’t detect any cheese. Must say I was very disappointed

Really high quality and delicious. I can't get Hatch chilis where I live. Not the best photo I took but it looks and tastes just as I member as a kid. I like a big bowl with diced raw white onions or I like to pour it over breakfast burritos.

They are rather pricey for the very think tamale. I am from LC, grew up eating tamales, green/red chile, so surprised you charge about $6 for a tamale in the bag, and tamales are razor thin.

I'm a transplanted New Mexican living in Houston. Ordered 10 lb of frozen whole green chiles from HCS since local grocers did not purchase and roast this year. The product arrived in good condition and chiles looked good. However, I was highly disappointed since the chiles lack in both flavor (very bland) and any heat. Honestly could have been eating anaheim pepppers. Was informed that the batch I received was from last year's harvest, i.e. a year old. Normally that shouldn't be a factor for the lack of flavor as I have eaten chiles frozen about a year that taste very good. Tried to reach out to discuss these issues with a manager but was unsuccessful in making contact. Ultimately decided to request a refund but only got 50% as I missed the 30 day notice by 2 days (guess I didn't realize that I needed to try them immediately!)
Hopefully my batch was just an anomoly from HCS, because these are definitely not representative of how hatch chiles should taste.

Thank you Hatch people!! I got 1st place with my Hatch green chili. I’d share the Vera Cruz recipe!

I use the sauce to make my green chili, I also put it in hamburger beans or anything that I may want to put it on, including hamburgers, because I love Hatch green chilies. I will scramble some eggs, with green onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green chilies and fix me up some warm tortillas and enjoy.
