As a small business myself, I care a lot about quality. These were EXACTLY what I was looking for!
I make hot sauce with fire roasted Hatch Chilies and most places already peel the char off. I use it for extra flavor! I was surprised with the packaging too and a little jealous!
Below is a picture of one of my finished products using these Hatch green Chilies:

Chile rellenos are the last meal I ordered before the pandemic closed everything down last year. They have always been a favorite and even in New Mexico it took me a while to find a restaurant that had good ones. I have tried making them but they are tricky. These were simply incredible. The price is very fair considering you get six servings out of them. They are large and with a serving of beans or salad two will fill even a hearty eater up! I heated them up at 350 in my air fryer and they were not greasy and turned out perfectly. My husband swears that our favorite restaurant uses these. I don’t know, but they are the best.

While I prefer whole roasted chilies, these run a close second with no waste. I use them on many food items to impart a wonderful taste when I don't have time to thaw my roasted whole chilies. So much better than any canned/jarred chilly on the market!!

Excellent product, very pleased. I live in CA and have a hard time finding stores, markets and vendors that provide good quality red chile pods. I do travel back to my home state of NM whenever I get the chance but do run out of my hatch products.
I very much appreciate and recommend The Hatch Chile Store for their variety and quality of their Hatch chile products and their excellent packaging and shipping care.

Excellent product. The green chili (mild) tastes fresh and delicious. I eat it with or in so many of my meals. I lived for many years in New Mexico and then Arizona after being born and raised in Michigan. That is where I discovered green chilies, absolutely loved them. Still do, but now I can buy green chilies where ever I am in the USA. I find Hatch brand to be the best.

Usually, I get my tortillas locally but these looked good and I ordered them. When they arrived they were broken and damaged although the wrapper was intact. I was able to use them as torn pieces in a casserole. They taste great regardless, but getting broken tortillas is not ok. Work on better packing.

I only eat Hatch green chiles!! I am a little disappointed that the mild has a little kick to it, just like the medium heat did. Business of my severe GERD, I had to go back to eating the mild frozen green chile. I still love it even though it is upsetting my stomach!!! I will always buy Hatch green chiles over any other brand!! After living in NM for a couple of years on and off, I developed a love for green chiles and started making my own green chile sauce and I either eat it with tortilla chips or on a Mexican burger!!!
