I can't eat nuts but my family love them. My husband complained that the chocolate on these was of disappointing quality, "waxy" and asked I make our own. He does like that it doesn't have any added salt.

I was pleased with the Roasted Hatch Green whole Mecium Chiles . They were a great size and had a good fleshy body ! I was though disappointed with the Medium flavor , lacked any suggestion of heat , and would have to me, been better described as Mild . I would probably order again and try the Hot instead . We are formerly, from El Paso and feel like we know our green Chile pretty well .

It was not medium roast. It was very mild. Taste was excellent of course but we do like medium as it has a warmer taste. Should have gotten hot . We have eaten hatch chilies for years. Also there was no dry ice in package. The chilies were already starting to thaw. It also took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery. I’m sorry to complain but I really expected more

Hatch Red Chili Sauce is my absolute favorite! Love it on eggs, enchiladas, chili rellonos, and especially with corn chips. I usually go for medium salsas but in this case the mild has plenty snap.

All one has to do is look at the ingredients on the label to know what the jalapenos inside will taste like, and there are no surprises, they taste like jalapenos without the vinegar to ruin the true flavor. I love them and now purchase these instead of having to process them myself. I am older now and this is a good blessing.

These chili rellenos are delicious. They arrived still frozen. I heat them defrosted in the convection oven at 350 for about 25 minutes and they are perfectly crispy, not greasy. They are the best we have had in a long time. They have a decent amount of spiciness from the pepper. I will be buying these from now on. We sent some to our son we enjoyed them so much we knew he would like them as well. Great product!

Made posole for Christmas, came out good. My favorite thing about this is the hominy is already processed. You can't get that in California. There used to be a place on Amazon that sold it but they don't anymore. So this will be my goto place to purchase already processed Hominy

Made it this weekend. It was delicious.
Removed seeds & stems. Boiled it for 30 min. Placed in blender with homemade chicken stock, seasonings, then strained it. In pot made a lard / flour rhue then placed the chile for about 20 minutes. It came out great. Much better than in California buying the New Mexico Chile pods

I have been enjoying Hatch Green Chili since I was a wee boy growing up in Albuquerque, NM. I absolutely cannot live without it. I was very happy to see, when I moved to Minnesota, that I could still order it and get it in the mail!!! Excellent. The only thing is I was hoping for chopped green chili and I received whole green chilies. This is not a huge deal, but I wasn't given a choice. On my last order, it came chopped. Thanks!!

Having grown up in NM and spent time in the Mesilla Valley I ate my share of green Chile .I left NM to pursue my career in Dallas and missed my Chile.Thiwas several tears ago and even then I ordered boxes of fresh green chili deliver to my door.Now it is so easy to get roasted and frozen Chile I get my favorite from Hatch Chile Store and it comes absolutely frozen solid and goes into my freezer.As needed ,I take a bag out and run cold water over it and remove the shins and seeds and put into plastic containers to use as I need it for burgers, omelets and grilled cheese sandwiches.The Chile is always large and roasted just right and is delicicious.I now love in NC and believe it or not some grocery chains have started carrying it in season but never know the heat so I order direct .I can’t enjoy the hot as much as the mild .Dont hesitate to order from the Hatch Chile store and expect quick delivery of quality Chile.I have also ordered fresh and roasted it myself on the gas grill but my time is limited so frozen is the key. Hope enjoy as I have and tomorrow I am having green enchiladas.Clile lover, J. Alano
