The chili arrived as expected and was packed well so it remained frozen. The chili is absolutely awesome! The flavor is good and it’s hot as I was hoping it would be. The chilies are thick and meaty. I will order again when I run out. Thanks

This was a gift for family members who recently moved from Las Cruces,NM to the West Coast. I wanted to send them a taste of home and Papa's Salsa did not disappoint!! They said it was delicious!! I will be sending more soon! I am looking forward to trying more of the Hatch Chile Store products. Customer service is excellent. I had mistakenly left out address information and they were able to assist me. My family received their salsa before Christmas!! Definitely a first rate experience and they earned a new customer! Thank you Hatch Chile Store!

The tamales were terrific and easy to heat up in a large pot. We live in the mid west currently but have a lot of tamale aficionados in our group and we loved all the flavors!

Really enjoyed the Chile not hot enough. Being from New Mexico I would like some of the peel left with the chili and it could have been roasted more. Not complaining just suggesting what would add to the flavor.

No Mexican food available on the island of Molokai. Your boxes of tamales, rellenos and chimichangas are the best. We can actually eat quality Mexican food on our isolated little island. Has always come frozen solid in perfect shape. Amazing, Mahalo

Best chili ever. Love Hatch green chili. I grew up in NM and went to NMSU. I never realized how much I would miss Hatch green chili when I moved away. I’m so happy I found hatch Chile store. They always have the best foods and chiles. I’ve had to make changes and they have the BeST customer service. I give these as gifts to my family and friends and they always rave about how good it is. 💕

Tasty, with good flavor and texture. However, they were not in a husk wrapper they were in a paper wrap. This affected the cohesiveness when steamed...they didn't hold together the way they should.

I have purchased dried red chili pods from another company that were bright red. The chili was a vibrant red when processed.

Bad news first, $15.00/# is a little high but being in central Kansas I can't get a store to order them in for me. During the ordering process I was warned that the peppers in 2017 were milder and that was very considerate. Shipping was quick, peppers were still frozen when they arrived and even the hotter peppers that I ordered were milder than I would have liked but I have a smile on my face!
