If you know anything about the wonderous taste of Hatch Chile and are looking for that taste go no further then the HATCH CHILE STORE.
I orderd the red and the green and loved loved loved the taste.
I lived in this magical place for years and use alot of green chile in my cooking. This was a fantastic find!!!!!

No heat. Box fell apart in shipping but chile was fine. Should have ordered hot. I think 2022 was just a bad year for chile. None of what I have eaten was hot. From here or anywhere else. Sadies in Albuquerque Always have hot chile but not this year.

Grew up on pork Green Chili, 4th generation Colorado native. Moved to South Carolina and they have no idea what green chili is...they think its salsa verde. Everytime we go back to Colorado we eat pork green chili at every meal. Ordered from Hatch's, to make my own and couldn't be happier. Great product, great customer service, love it.

We grew up close to Hatch in T. or C. eating their products on most everything. We live in Kansas City now so we order the chopped green multiple times a year and sometimes the red bag. Nothing compares to the taste of Hatch and they do a great job of packaging so your order arrives still frozen.

I normally order Big Jim/medium but since there was none left, I opted to get the Hot/Sandia rather than be without my green chile. It was tasty, frozen when delivered and the heat I expected. I will NEVER stop ordering chile from Hatch!

The chile arrived in very hot, very humid Louisiana still frozen solid. I love when I can stock up to last us through the year -- which actually disappears quite quickly because those who have never had Hatch suddenly become addicted. I will be placing another order next week.

We love our chopped green chile’s. I also buy the whole frozen chile’s to make Chile’s rellanos or green chile and cheese tamales. They are delivered quickly, still frozen and are packaged perfectly. I know you will love them too. Plus, if you do a subscription then you get free shipping. I love the subscription because I can order smaller amounts and have them delivered regularly saving freezer space. I have mine delivered every other month.

The packaging was excellent and the chiles arrived completely frozen and in great shape. The chiles are packaged very well and are plump and attractive looking. I am disappointed though in the flavor. These chiles are very bland and do not have the fire roasted flavor that I was expecting.

My husband and I fell in love with the taste of New Mexico on a recent trip. Upon our return home, all we could think about was the amazing salsas and sauces we had discovered.
While searching the internet, I stumbled upon Ol' Gringo Green Sauce. I ordered it and finally put it to use last night in/on some enchiladas. They were delicious. The flavor is phenomenal. The heat is perfect. It doesn't overshadow the flavor at all. Simply delicious.
I will now be ordering by the case as this is one of my new go-to Ol' Gringo favorites.

We ordered two of the Tamale Bundles for our son’s and daughter’s families and they said they “felt like they won the lottery!” Their exact words were “woot, woot!!” and “no way! Best place I've purchased Hatch chiles from on line, bar none, best prices, best quality, best packaging and customer service. I can get Hatch chiles locally now and I'get one or two cases to roast and have fun with, but I get the bulk of my roasted chiles from this store.
