Excellent! Sun drying adds a richness and hint of pleasing sweetness. Not too hot to enjoy a spoonfull right from the jar.

I ordered these pre-roasted chilis because I LOVE Hatch Chiles, but as a busy mom roasting and peeling can sometimes be time consuming. These chilies had so much flavor & such a perfect texture. I’m ordering some for my mom for Mother’s Day & ordering myself more as well. They were packaged wonderfully and delivered fairly quickly. I got medium heat, but they weren’t spicy, I will probably order hot next time. I’ve made a beautiful chile verde and a yummy chile relleno casserole. Delish!

My wife is from New Mexico and introduced me to Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, as we don't live there we can't get them then a web search turns up The Hatch Chile Store!! They roast, they peel but most importantly THEY DELIVER!!! I ordered bags of both the Mild and the Med-Hot both are great, the flavor is what we needed. Two days later two bags have been eaten, goes with pizza, burgers, eggs, toasted cheese, you name it you got it.
I can't rate the quality of the chiles, the service or the delivery high enough. If you are reading this and trying to decide, just do it, you will not be disappointed and you'll be coming back. I know I will!!

I ordered 90 lb of green chilies from this past year's harvest. I own a food truck and green chilies are a huge staple in my menu. I was devastated when I ran out and the hatch chili store came to my rescue. Everything was packaged amazingly. Everything showed up still frozen. I will be ordering my large supply for 2023 from them this time. And the staff is wonderful to work with. Very communicative

I thought I made good salsa but now I use Hatch roasted green chiles with it and I've had many people tell me that my salsa is the best they've ever tasted! And it's all due to the chiles!! Gives it just the right kick.

I used to live in Arizona and traveled often to New Mexico, always through Hatch, New Mexico. I now live in the Midwest and Hatch chiles are hard to come by but I grab them as soon as I see them.

Their online store is awesome. Everything comes packed in dry ice.

They have a lifetime customer in us!!

This is the 4th time I have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store, and am 100% satisfied with the service, quality and ease of using the roasted frozen chopped Chile’s the provide. The taste is 100% spot on, not a hint of anything other than the amazing Hatch Chile flavors we have all grown up loving. This family run business has perfected online ordering of a produce like no other company has, from harvesting, roasting, peeling, chopping, packaging, freezing and shipping, every part of their system works in unison, to deliver the peppers in perfect condition. They use a styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard shipping box, that along with the packages of dry ice packed with the Chile’s, keeps them solidly frozen so you can unpack them, pop some in the freezer, and some in the fridge to defrost, then you can do some cool things with the dry ice, (just make sure to read up on how to safely handle it, as it WILL cold burn you IMMEDIATELY if you touch it with bare hands), so you get a bonus with every order. Oh yeah, now that most orders ship for free using FedEx, you will get the order in no time at all, and it won’t be damaged. I will continue to order from Hatch every 6-8 months, as I use these Chile’s a lot, ordering 10 pounds at a time. I’m so glad I can still have my favorite Chile’s, even now in New Hampshire, where most foods are bland at best.

I was born and raised in the border country between Silver City and Hatch New Mexico, some 60+ years ago.
Hatch was the Mecca of Green Chile then....it still is.
Though I am now thousands of miles away, God's Country there is still considered my home, and the Hatch Chile Co. produces the finest and most authentic, traditional green and red chile prodiucts that can be found.
Thank you Hatch Chile Co.

Always wonderful! The “Hot” Rellano’s were better than last year’s- the hotter the chili, the better the Rellano’s; especially when dealing with your thick batter! Gotta have the richness of the “Hot” Hatch chile shine through! Ever consider using extra-hot green chiles? Thanks for the ever-fantastic products made with the best-in-the-world Hatch Green Chiles!!
I am forever in love with Hatch Green Chiles💕
