I usually order the hot chile, but I made a mistake and got the mild. The flavor of Hatch Chile is always so delicious, the heat doesn't matter. I learned to love Hatch Chile when, for years, I lived in Denver and the smell of them roasting in the open air on Federal Blvd. was wonderful. I always knew it was Spring time in the Rockies! I love Hatch Chiles, nothing else compares or comes close to their wonderful flavor!

surprised to find it's non-edible unless heated?! well I have sprinkled it on some food and have had no ill effects but not impressed with the heat, expected much more from the "hot" variety. I'll try greater quantities and in heated dishes, maybe that will make a difference.

I like your idea of listening to your customers and just some food for thought. Apple, who has been and is nearly the largest company in the history of the world has had a long term policy of NOT asking their customer base what they want, they rather produce and tell them what they have. This goes back to Steve Jobs, his policy. I used to work with him.

Super delicious. Freezer packed in 1 pound resealable packets. Easy to thaw by soaking the packet in warm water, use what is needed and refreeze. A little pricy but a special treat.

It’s a treat to get Hatch Green Chiles here in the Midwest thanks to the Hatch Chile Store. I use the chilies on burgers, in green chile stew, in breakfast egg dishes and anytime the inspiration stikes. I can visit NM without leaving my kitchen.

My only complaint is it took about two weeks, it arrived late. so I wasn’t able to use for my tamales. I actually haven’t tasted the chili yet as I ordered specifically for that purpose. The green chili I ordered was delicious though and arrived on time

I have lived my entire life on the NC coast, not a fan of mustard OR vinegar, & definitely not spicy food! In my 2 short years in NM, I have become a chile expert (to my beach fan)! This is the only mustard that will ever darken my doorstep again! It’s absolutely DELICIOUS! Running low, only 3 bottles in the pantry! Let me order more now before all y’all jump on there and buy it all after reading my raving review!! I’ll leave a few for the rest of ya!
