I grew up in Sancta Fe, New Mexico where chile is a way of life I have found a couple of vendors that I have tried before but Hatch Chile Store has been the best so far to get my chile fix. Great Taste and quality roasting. Highly Recomend

The chili is awesome. Shipping practices to ensure safe delivery, TERRIBLE. My last shipment of 8 jars of green and red mixed came in a box big enough for 20 jars, and a lack of packing material to secure it resulted in 50% of the order broken. I should have taken pictures but I didn't. I did let you know though and got no response. For my money going forward.....looking for another distributor.

I grew up in Las Cruces & with the Hatch chile being used when my mom would be cooking with it, upon receiving this bag I quickly took it out and moved it to a costal so it will not stay as soft in plastic I am happy I got a spicy bag this is a good batch.

LOVE that I can order authentic, delicious, family farmed Green Chile delivered to Virginia. As a New Mexico native, I spent too many years pining for seriously hot green chile. Hatch Chile Store is amazing and keeps me going through the long stretches between my visits to my family. THANK YOU!!!

I love these chiles! and it is so perfect to have a few batches in the freezer whenever I need them. And that turns out to be often, I can add them to so many of my recipes.

We can't get hot green chile out here in the Northeast (even though cans and restaurants claim it is hot) and our enchiladas just aren't the same without it. The chile is delicious and a taste of home (home=Albuquerque.)

Just what we wanted, a great taste of New Mexico that we love so much. Great in cooking!! Not too hot for the uninitiated here on the East Coast (actually, we love HOT but not as much as we would have had to buy)

Just as advertised! No I'm not a native New Mexican but I spent quite a while in Albuquerque and Las Cruces so I know what's legit and what isn't. This is the real deal and so tasty.

My daughter, for whom I made this purchase and who lives in Hawai'i, provides raving comments, not only about the quality of the chile, but also about the speed of delivery. Try advertising there for expatriates who still dream of green chile but don't know how to obtain it.

Wicked good. Being here in New England, there is less than zero chile culture, or knowledge. It's great to be able to have hot chile all year long, and helps me maintain a low carb diet!

Blue hominy makes the best posole. The posole has great flavor and after cooking it still has some crunch. It doesn’t make sense to use the canned hominy

Love the Sandia Hot chili. Just enough heat and the taste is great. Used to get the chopped but now they leave too many pieces of skin in the packages since covid. It's easier to chop them myself than try to pick them out.

Used the green chile corn tortillas for green chile chicken enchiladas and they were so good! I live in PA (originally from NM) and we had a friend here over for dinner. He cleaned his plate. They were definitely a hit!

So good! Ordered the medium and had it with grilled chicken. My husband was skeptical but said he was impressed and loved it. Will definitely buy again.

My husband is from northern NM. We lived there together for 8 years and we’ve been together here in CT for 9. We are newly addicted to the green chile roast sauce to add a taste of home to breakfasts, lunches and dinners and so thankful we can get it delivered directly.

Amazing. The chile's were delivered quickly and they are actually spicy. I like spicy and most "hot" peppers are very mild to me. I love having them already roasted and peeled, it makes everything easier. Thank you.
