What a fresh, delicious and tasty order of Hatch Green Chile we received! Fast shipping in a very nicely packed box. Non of the pods were damaged nor rotten. Immediately started to roast them on the grill, eventually made room to cook my hamburger patties! The Hatch Chile Store NEVER lets us down!!

We enjoy our green chile and Hatch ships to other states. This is a wonderful service for New Mexicans who just have to have chile. Last year our order of hot chile was tasty and hot. However, this year our order of hot chile is rather mild. Overall, the chile shipped in a timely manner and was fresh.

I was excited to start using the peppers in my cooking. The flavor is great but the heat just isn't there. These peppers are what I would expect from someone who thinks that mild salsa is hot. I will enjoy the flavor and try to order something truly HOT next time.

Unlike a few other companies I've ordered from in the past, both my 16oz packages of hot, dried red chile pods arrived fresh, not old brittle peppers left over from the previous year. You will never be disappointed with any chile products from the Hatch Chile Store, whether freshly picked or dried.

I look forward to making delicious batches of red chile sauce which I will freeze for this following year. The Hatch Chile Store is an excellent source for the New Mexican chile many of us adore but now have to acquire through the mail. They provide the best quality products in a timely fashion, and they always stand by the items they sell. Thank you!!!

They are delicious and they are hot! In the past we have bought fresh and roasted them ourselves, and we have bought jarred roasted ones. This was our first time buying frozen roasted. They are far superior to the jarred ones. The packaging is done well, even though all five packages were frozen together and difficult to separate. We let them sit out for an hour and then could pull them apart. They stayed frozen so no harm done. We put one bag in the fridge and when it's close to empty we'll pull out the next one. We are very satisfied and we love that you offer various heat levels. We have only tried "hot" but they deliver what's promised!

Delicious! We made the stacked enchiladas. We bought the Medium sauce because we love spicy but didn't want to try Hot yet until we tried medium. I will say, it was HOT! I was not expecting that! Next time we'll get Mild but this is definitely something we will reorder and feed our family and friends!

My order took only a couple of days to reach me in Florida. It arrived packed in dry ice and styroform,> I just popped it into the freezer, and removed portions as needed. I make salsa out of it to eat with burritos. Yum!!

Well, where do I start. The chilis were great looking and great tasting. They all went into a pot of green chili stew that I made. I ordered another ten pounds which I roasted, peeled and froze… yummy!!!

I ordered Medium chiles, and they have absolutely no heat. They're as spicy as a bell pepper. I know there can be variability in heat, but these were milder than the Mild chiles I bought last month. Pretty disappointed, to be honest. The company ships quickly, and the chiles are fresh, so there are no complaints there. But, I wish mine had actually had some heat since I bought a large box.

For some reason, these Medium chiles weren’t as green, fresh and as “solid” as the Hot ones. They had to be roasted right away. The color was a little lighter than usual and the chilies were already soft when they arrived. The Hot chiles were superb. They were firm to the touch, smelled like heaven and looked like they were just picked and shipped. Not so happy with the Medium ones this time though. Wish I had remembered to take a pic. So glad the Hot chiles
did not disappoint. Thanks.

This is the finest chili in the world. The Red and green is so tasty and smells so good. My favorite dish to make is green chili cheese chicken enchiladas with an egg on top and same with the red chili.
