Never received this product. I placed an order for 3 jars of the Hatch green chili roast. hot. and 3 jars of the medium product. I received 6 jars of the hot. I looked at my receipt and it showed 3 jars of both the hot and the medium. I called the company several times and left a message with my phone number but after 2 weeks I have heard from no one. I was able to taste the hot but it's just too hot for me. My husband loves it. I will buy them again, but will be sure to place separate orders. With what we have to pay for items these days, I would hope people would be a little more cautious to make sure we get the proper items. Overall, the chili roast is a great product.

Our family loves the Big Jim chiles, but we also have a taste for hotter peppers at times. The Sandias are perfect for hotter salsas, posole, and sauces. We have ordered them fresh and roasted ourselves, but it’s nice to receive them already done too. Great chile flavor with zing.

These are our favorite Hatch chili. The flavor is great, and the heat is perfect. If ordered whole, they make a nice relleno pepper. We have been buying this pepper for 8 years since we first discovered the difference a Hatch Chile makes.

I was surprised how wide this was, I wanted to hang on a pot rack but too big even though one foot in length. I was going to return but shipping was half the price of the ristra so I kept it. I am already having seeds come out of some of the pods and I have only had it less than a week.

When I lifted it up out of the box to hang it around 20 chilies came flying out of it I tried to put them back where they belonged but I'm not sure if I did it correctly, the string at the top was very loose and coming apart, I did my best to tighten it so no more chili's would fall out

This ristra lends 'cred' that my home kitchen is the real deal. My neighbors here in Oregon will soon taste the Posole' I came to anticipate each winter. Thanks HCS!

12/19/'23: Thought it was kinda cool to show the toothless ristra from last year with the New One. Birria today! Thanks!

The rista was not delivered with the same care as my first order. The box was bent at the ends. It looks as though the box had been mishandled. I will follow-up with pictures. I'm debating about ordering another rista. May take a chance with delivery. My third delivery was exceptional. Packages arrived perfectly, no damages of any kind. Thank you!

The ristras are beautiful! In the best we've gotten our ristras in Mexico and rendered them into chile sauce later on but we are no longer able to do that so we wanted decorative ristras that were real but would last longer than edible ones. These are perfect! Thank you!

I am displaced from Albuquerque and I usually had NM friends send me dried red chilies every harvest. I became disabled recently and can no longer stand to process the dry pods into sauce for the food I miss so much since moving to Texas. Oh my goodness, I haven't found any place here that even knows what red chili sauce is! A sopapilla is only served for desert! Oh THANK YOU for my recently received order, arriving on time and beautifully packed against breakage!
I popped open a jar and went at that wonderful red sauce with a spoon! Yummy yummy. Thanks and I'm sorry I wasted so much time before ordering from HATCH. Unaccustomed palettes should begin with Mild, but it's kick doesn't make my eyes water. It's heaven sent!

My husband's family is from Chama New Mexico. My husband and I are living in Minnesota. I have always wanted to bring the green chile home with to minnesota. I did not know how to do it, because of the strong smell, as we always drive back home to Minnesota. I looked up on the internet seeing if there is stores that ship frozen chile.
I FOUND YOUR STORE.
I LOVE THAT YOU SHIP FROZEN CHILE.
Thank you so much.
It is so wonderful.
I highly recommend your store to others for the chile.
Again thank you so much for being able to help me.
