The ristra is a great product. The first one I ordered lasted for years. This one however arrived crushed at the bottom and shedding its peppers daily. I reached out to customer service and hopefully they will rectify.

Zero heat, milder than a green bell pepper! I am rating two stars because they arrived fully frozen and were nicely packaged. The price was super high but I was willing to pay so I could get high quality Hatch peppers. I have no idea why these papers, labeled medium, were completely bland but it's really disappointing.

I ordered this roaster early this year in anticipation of roasting a whole box of fresh chiles when they became available in the fall. This is very well constructed, assembles quickly and will roast just about anything that you need to roast. Things like bell peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, etc. Great product!

Was born and raised in the bayou state of Louisiana. My mother grew up in north east New Mexico and was in love with Hatch Chili. I have had friends insist on eating at my house because they loved my mother’s cooking. We would vacation in New Mexico for two weeks every year and my mother would fill the trunk with burlap sacks and come home and start roasting. Ah, the smell was a delight. I ordered the frozen hot 5lb chili and they are very good, but my mother would roll over in her grave knowing I paid $70 for them

The Chile was wonderful and arrived in excellent condition! I was a bit disappointed in the amount! We eat green chile everyday so 10 pounds didn’t last long! I assume the weight is after roasting! If we didn’t eat so much I would definitely order more! They were delicious!!!! Thank You

We've ordered these hot, roasted Hatch Green Chiles three times now and LOVE them! We use them in soups and stews and also make salsa with them. We add them to eggs and sandwiches and anything else we think can use a delicious kick! They're so convenient because they're already roasted and we can thaw one, 1-pound package at a time so they last a long time in the freezer until we're ready for another batch.
Our Hatch Chile Stew has become a favorite with our family and friends who always request it for special occasions!

The chili arrived frozen and will be appreciated for months to come. I also ordered medium chili for a family in MI. I did not receive e-mail verification of the order with tracking info so I tried to call you but no one answered the phone. I submitted my order again. This time the verification came through, but, 2 orders were delivered. I will have no trouble finding thankful taste buds for this double order, but it is a glitch in your system that you may want to check into.
