Not even close to what I expected. The shredded beef and green chile burritos at Costco CRUSH yours. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! The was barely any beef in your Chimis...ALL tortilla. For $8+ per Chimi I give a MAJOR THBS DOWN 👎👎👎👎👎

It is the BEST pizza! The crust is wonderful….old fashioned type of crust…..not cauliflower or some other type. Thank you so much for going the extra mile in getting it delivered. I know it wasn’t easy. We enjoy everything that we have purchased from Hatch Chili.

I discovered Hatch Chile products during a visit to Albuquerque in 2019 where I saw it being exhibited in my motel's lobby. Not knowing what the best use for it - and unfamiliar with recipe suggestions, I used my first jar instead of an enchilada sauce and 'Voila!' I was converted! My enchiladas are now an original recipe that marry typical Mexican fillings with Hatch Chile toppings.
I always keep a jar of HCS sauces and whenever my inventory hits 1, I replenish with a suite of new recipe sauces. I have even ordered the fresh chiles for my Hatch Chile Stew with Corn and Chicken - a variant of the Gumbo but with New Mexican twist.
HCS is unique and their small business orientation has won my loyalty. My enchiladas have thrilled scores and they always comment on the unique taste.
My advice and suggestion: Try it.

The only thing with this shipment is that I did not get to stand next to the machine while it was roasting as that is the most heavenly smell!!!! We love our roasted Sandia!

The green chile’s are actually very good. It’s just unfortunate that they charge pretty close to double what everyone else sells them for. Way too expensive!

The formulation has changed from a chopped green chile product to a pureed green chile. The taste is the same and blends better with my enchiladas and other dishes. I am still getting used to the change...

The medium green chile was good, but not quite hot enough for me. So, I ordered the hot and mixed them together. Wonderful! Will be ordering more later this summer.

Although, I ordered hatch green Chile Rellenos for a friend and they arrived warm… The company kept sending them until they arrived frozen. If you’re buying products request that it be sent out Monday or Tuesday to ensure they arrive cold. Five stars for hatch green chile on their customer service.
Thank you

What can I say? The taste with the green chili is outstanding. The only items we added were mushrooms and cut up green chili chicken sausages we got from Sam’s Club. We thought the Pizza was great. Green Chili made it top notch.

It’s been… over 25 years… since I lived in Albuquerque, where I would have my green chiles roasted in an industrial-scale version of your Medium Chile roaster at a grocery store every year. When I saw them in your store this year, there was an audible gasp. I immediately ordered one well just to make sure I’d have and be ready before my chiles arrive. It arrive in great shape and this past week I chanced across 5# bags of serranos at a restaurant supply store, so got one to give my new toy an early “test spin”. It was, in a word, MAGNIFICO! I nearly shed real tears of joy.
This is SO much better than roasting them on a gas grill, as I have been doing all these years. Each pod is much more evenly roasted and the whole batch is much more uniform than one could possibly do on a grill. And more quickly too. There’s more blistering of the skin from intense flame with less “cooking” the flesh. And there’s nothing quite like the unique aroma of chiles blistering under the correct heat. The sight and smell transported me straight back to The Land of Enchantment like I had never left.
My wife was skeptical when I told her I’d bought it, but after seeing it in action and the results with the serranos she can’t wait for our fresh batch of NM chiles to arrive. I might even have to motorize it some day! (But if you come out with a kit for that in the meantime, let me know!!! 😁)
I think a short video on your website would turning seeing into understanding and believing for those who’ve never had the opportunity to get the “full New Mexico” chile roasting experience in person.
