Hatch Chile has the best products! I’ve ordered the frozen green chilis which are far superior to any canned version (which is also “pickled” and my husband hates the flavor). The frozen green chilis and the chili rellenos are superior!!! Thank you!

So delicious. Barely hot enough but the flavor added to salsa, etc. is unparalleled. I came across these by accident over 40 years ago. I'll never forget them. I bought a big burlap sack of them roasted. I put them in the freezer and enjoyed for quite some time.

Nice to have discovered Hatch as the provider of choice for New Mexico green and red chile products. The transaction went very well. I was surprised and felt a little guilty about the voluminous packaging. I’ll have to buy a larger supply next time. Much appreciate the prominent dry ice warning label. Discovered chili packets at -110F are also a burn hazard. Wear gloves.
The medium Joe Parkers were the right choice for re-discovering the wonders and variable heat of NM chiles. Great addition to everything, eggs, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and so on.
I’ll be queuing up for a supply of the 2018 red chile harvest.

Was very good. Would like to see it on a thinner crust, but all in all it was good. How about changing up the meat such as hamburger. Also add more toppings such as olives, and tomato.

These Roasted Mild Hatch Green Chile's were a gift for my family. They cook a lot with them, as they are mild enough for their taste. They loved them! I will definitely be ordering again.

The chiles were nicely chopped and packaged very well. I didn't find them hot though. I've only opened one bag of 5, so the others may be different. When I lived in New Mexico, I purchased the freshly roasted green from local vendors and normally ordered medium. They were plenty hot to me. I bought the hot label once and couldn't eat them. So I was surprised these are as mild as they are. But I am still very happy to have this product, greatly packaged and shipped. Arrived still frozen solid, and it tastes like home.

Not happy with this read Chile it looks like mole that’s how dark it is sent photos but was told nothing u can do I would expect u to replace it instead of telling me it was an old batch after all the years and orders and money spent with u i’m a client you’re supposed to keep me happy or at least work with me on things I do in my business

These pizzas have been very good. I think they are great right out of the box. I have also added ingredients to personalize them and don't know if I made them any better. If you like Green Chile and Pepperoni Pizza, you will love these.

Unfortunately, I believe the pepperoni pizza will be discontinued. Following the easy directions, the pizza cooks quickly and the edges brown nicely. The consistency of the dough is very good and pleasing. The amount of cheese and pepperoni is adequate. I do wish there was more chili on the pizza. Despite this, the flavors mix well and the slices are tasty. There is just about the right amount of green chili taste and heat.

Moved from NM two years ago and cannot live without Hatch Green Chile. We’ve tried other brands but it doesn’t taste the same as the authentic Hatch. Thank you for your hard work in providing such a wonderful product.

It could have used a bit of sausage scattered around it but I know that might not be to everyone's taste and I did add some, the crust was thin and very good so I am giving you 4 stars. I will order the next time it is offered.

My wife and I lived in NM for 3 years back in the early 90's while in the Air Force. We learned to love roasted Hatch green chilies. Been ordering them ever since. Great flavor & have introduced them with pork loins to all our Midwest family & friends.

I have bought this since we lived in Las Cruces. It is safe to call me a Chile Head. Now if you could get some of that quality out here, Chile relleno from Chope`s comes to mind. No one can match the quality of Hatch Chile. Never ate in a bad Mexican restaurant in L. C.

These Chile Rellenos are outstanding! I lived in El Paso many years ago and thought that was the only place to find a good Chile Relleno. Not So!! The Hatch Chile Store brings the best ones to your door!
