Guys,
There is not a better place in the world for red or green chile or its products, Tamales salsas etc. I was born and raised in Las Cruces. went to every festival from early 70's on. I will always support Hatch chile. I live in Denver now but down many times during the year. Most things my family makes but when I run low like on tamales first thought was to check you guys on line. I was so disappointed by your pricing its not even funny. You are charging more for Tamales than if I went to the Double Eagle and ordered them . Not even knowing even if they serve them. I'm just trying to make a point. Maybe you don't care to sell local. The pricing would fare well in New York, or most places in California. Thank God for Social Media. I will my friends know

Awesome Chiles. Only about 4 or 5 Chiles were bad out of 25 pounds. They roasted perfectly on the grill and are terrific frozen. I’m planning on buying 50 pound this summer.

Tried the medium one, not hot enough nor as thick. So I mixed them together. Still like the hot better.

We just moved away from NM. I always went into the store and bought this green chile. It is always packaged well and is so good. I will now be ordering my green chile from here. Thankfully I purchased several before we left. As soon as I can find a home, I will be ordering!

Your Green chile sauce is exactly what I remember Green Chile supposed to taste like. It brings back old memories of when I lived in New Mexico and the chile my mother and grandmother used to make.
I attended the first grade in Hatch New Mexico so your product has a special place in my heart.

Our friends own Rocky Mountain RV in Albuquerque, they told me about "Hatch Green Chili Sauce" being in a league of their own. So I ordered some, I did "Hot", not Extra Hot. Here in California we have some pretty good Mexican Kitchens that pride themselves on their great recipes.

I found Hatch to be "outstanding", I did have a "glow" going in my stomach, but I could not stop eating it, it's addicting.

Thank you,

Michael Moran

These onions are large and nice looking. Sadly they are not sweet at all. They are rather bitter. As with any onion they are just fine once cooked but if used raw a very thin slice goes a long way. I. Do like onions that are sweet and would like to support NM farmers so I’m willing to give them another chance if they can grow them sweet in the future.
