Would have love to give a five star! The only reason why I did not is I prefer my red chili very hot. This was very mild. Has great flavor but not enough heat for me.

The speed of the order to delivery was amazingly quick. Updated notification received. Was totally happy with my experience.

I actually ordered anther 3’ large Ristras for my mom for Mother’s Day to be sent to her in Las Vegas Never. She got it day before Mother’s Day! So excited and happy.

Great customer service. Will order again and again

Waited all week to make my favorite dinner...

We looked forward to trying the Green Chile Pistachios, but were dissapointed. The pistaciio taste was there, but it was hard to taste any chile flavor. They also weren't as salty as we like.

I was very impressed with the quality of my ristra. It is hanging on my door 2000 miles away from Hatch. I spent 17yrs in Albuquerque yet never ordered a ristra. Glad I picked The Hatch Chile Store for my first ristra and to celebrate the Land of Enchantment. I highly recommend this merchant.

The rellenos are delicious but the batter is thicker than I am used to making. The shipping was a problem with the dry ice pack was busted and one of the twelve packs had a hole in it and got stuck to the rellenos making it hard to fry, otherwise it is the best I have tried in a long time. Thank you. Ruth Trawick

As always, a first rate company providing America's best chiles. I got hooked on them while snowbirding down in New Mexico and now that I am back in Alaska, I supply myself with peeled frozen chiles. They always arrive quickly, carefully packed, and still frozen for my freezer. Always a high spot of the year!

I LOVE my ristra!
It’s the perfect addition to my log home in Kentucky.
My covered deck proved to be the perfect spot to hang it, under the corner of the roof overhang, right at the entrance to my home.
Thank you so much for this fabulous handmade creation.

Our ristra arrived in fantastic condition--I think only 1 pepper had cracked and spliied its seeds in the box. Each pepper is a great shade of dark red, large, and tied very well. We just finished cooked the last bit of our last ristra, which hungs 2 years in the kitchen and made a lot of great enchilada and Chile Colardo sauce. I think this one will last as long! This is the best place to buy fresh and dried peppers.
