Do not recommend, these are not fresh. The red and green chile rellenos are flash frozen and company policy allows shelf-life and sale of up to the 2 years. Received rellenos that were over 1.5 years old, and had freezer burn taste. Customer service was willing to replace the chile - but could not guarantee the replacement rellenos would not be over a year and half old or maybe older.

There very tasteless dry with no flavor. I would not recommend anyone to buy them.
Disappointed my family is from Taos where everything taste good….

We always enjoy our fresh green chili for many of our recipes. We now live in Florida where you can not get these chilies so we are very grateful to be able to aquire these chilies that come immediately to our door.

This is my favorite. I ordered more of this. Also I put this on everything mashed potatoes, meatloaf stuffed peppers, chicken hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdog you name it I think I put it on just about everything but cereal.!

I love New Mexico red Chile, and usually use my grandmother's recipe to make red chile enchilada sauce from scratch, either from pods or a good quality powdered chile. I was so excited to make enchiladas with the jarred enchilada sauce from The Hatch Chile Store. I am utterly disappointed! This sauce is incredibly watery, and I am very surprised that onion isn't listed as an ingredient because the main flavor is NOT red Chile, it is onion. Horrible flavor and consistency. Don't waste your money if you know what good red Chile is supposed to taste like, because you won't get it! I ordered Medium, but it tasted like Mild.

Sauce was good. However be the only jar I tried because of the shipping cost game they play with you. Then I get bombarded with emails, including this survey none of which I agreed too. You know what I'm talking about. Buy something and now you are there email whipping boy. Another great reason I won't buy more.

It was very good green chili, but was not hot. I was kind of disappointed. The reason I only ordered hot is I learned my lesson in New Mexico by if something says just hot I better be aware. But this was the best medium. I’m not sure if it was just a weird batch or what happened but it’s very good stuff but not worth as much as I paid for it. I just wanted to try it.

These Barker pods were FIRST CLASS. They were very tasty and also very clean as packed. My wife grew up, as a child, in Arrey (near your packing facility - maiden name of Enriquez) and her family raised red chile during her childhood. She was wall-to-wall smiles when she made her usual stack of "stacked" enchiladas as she said that this taste brought back her childhood. We are sold on your product. Thank you.

I have been buying Hatch roasted chile peppers for many years. I have never before received roasted peppers that still had skin tightly attached. I have opened two of the 10 packages I received in my last order so far, and both have had 2 peppers that were unusable. When I contacted customer service I was told this couldn't happen. When I sent pictures I was told "sorry" with no offer to compensate for my now and future loss as I still have 8 packages to open.
This is my last purchase from the Hatch Chile Pepper Store, as I can no longer depend on quality or product responsibility.

Chiles arrived in excellent condition. I would recommend ordering from you again, since I was extremely pleased at the size, cleaned and packaging. Having them again on Christmas Eve. Will be ordering again soon..........

I have gone through the first 6 ars I ordered and have just received the 2nd shipment of 6// These chiles are very good . Cooked some in with my chicken to make green chili sour cream enchiladas.. They were the best I ever made

The medium hot Big Jim frozen chiles are very tasty. They go well as a main ingredient in many dishes. I use both Big Jim and Joe Parker and highly recommend them both.
