A taste of home!! I have had lots of friends and family from NM try to ship chili but it never makes it here still frozen until now. Appreciate the service and the chili is wonderful.

I was confused about how to cook my frozen Chile replenish but once I followed directions from the great Hatch team my experience was great! I love the flavors of cheese and Chile and my husband and I often have a lunch of chicken tamales and Rellenos. It’s been particularly good during COVID when we as older people aren’t going out to eat often.

I absolutely love the chile rellenos. It took me 2 tries to perfect them. As the instructions say, fry them for 7 to 9 minutes, turning them. They became crispy and fabulous. If they are soggy, you haven't cooked them long enough. I fried them on med hi heat, if it gets too hot, turn it down a bit. FABULOUS. I will definitely buy again!!

These rellenos are a delight for sure. I put them in my freezer right away, then when the family was ready, I took out one per person, lined them up in a lightly oiled baking pan, and let them thaw. Then baked in a hot 350 oven for 15 minutes. Yum!

If you believe you get the best green chili’s in the cans from the supermarket you are so wrong. Not comparison to have fresh chili’s in the freezer. Just reach in the bag, pull out what you need. Chops up quickly and the flavor is intense. Beat myself up for not keeping the constantly. Love love love Hatch Chili Store!
