I am thrilled with my Hatch Chile Rellenos. They arrived frozen packed in a cooler with dry ice. I pull them out when I want one and pop it in the toaster oven and it comes out wonderfully! They taste great!

This Roasted Red Chile Sauce is the best because it starts with fresh red Chile. It also has chopped Red Chile in the sauce which adds a dimension of quality to all my applications. More please.

The product came well packaged and it perfect condition. It hangs next to my Guadalupe tiles just as it did in my mother's house growing up in Arizona.
I got mine treated as I do not plan to use them for cooking. I was going for an esthetic look.

I live where good green chili is almost unknown. waiting for a decent bushel from the shipments north to our rainy Seattle stores, then revving up the fire pit? but I know I have a great Hatch chili company that ships to me directly. as we far-from-home chili addicts know, their chile is pure heaven. hallelujah! worth every penny!

The best tasting chiles you can buy. Just like when we lived in Santa Fe and bought them fresh from the roasting drum. The customer service is exactly what you expect from a small family owned business, but don't always get. You can't go wrong shopping here.
