My old tamale supplier went out of business so I was looking around and found these. Familiar with Hatch products so I though it was worth a try. packaging was excellent and they communicated well about shipping. The tamales were very good and now I have a new tamale supplier.

Great chile powder! Yes, I sampled right outa the bottle---straight up! I used it in a Texas-style chili, along with the Red Chile powder. The combo is delicious! I lived in Las Cruces, once upon a time, and absolutely love New Mexico cuisine. It is really nice to be able to get the actual ingredients for NM-style cooking. This is a combo review since I got the Red powder too. Both are awesome.

This is quite possibly the most beautiful ristra I have ever seen. Each pod, so red and vibrant, and the coating was masterfully done to preserve it for longer. It’s full, vibrant, and brings so much life into the room. Thank you.

Chilies were awesome! This batch wasn't as hot as I have had in previous years. They still gave me a nice flavor for my Green chili so I am happy.Im looking forward to my next delivery!
Thank you.

I've been using the Hatch Chile Store for years now to make my husbands grandmother's pork green chile recipe. Saves tons of time, delivers fantastic flavor, reliably delicious!

The best chiles! Iam so glad to be able to order them online since I live all the way in California. Since I've tasted these roasted hatch green chiles, they are the only ones I cook with now...love them, love them, love them!!

If you've got chili-heads in your circle, order these. Just the right mix of sweet and spicy to keep you reaching in for more.
I put a big bowl down before every game.

The Rellenos that I was able to eat were delicious. The packaging was not great. The package was torn and several of the rellenos had defrosted so I
had to toss those. I would suggest they improve the package. I will order from
them again because the product itself is awesome!

I am totally in love with both your roasted green chile that's packaged in 1-lb. bags, and your bottled mild and/or medium green chile. There is no chile that does it for me the way that hatch green chile does, and not being able to drive to New Mexico every year to buy it roasted on the streets, your company provides a great solution. I can make my chile the way that I want using your green chiles and adding them to sautéed onions, garlic and some chicken broth. When I don't have the time, I have bottles of your mild green and your medium green on hand that I can immediately add to scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, white fish, chicken, soups, and whatever else strikes my fancy. I add your green chiles to apple sauce, too. There's no topping the flavor of Hatch green chile. I do love your Papa's salsa, too. Your bottled green makes great gifts and is a way to introduce others to your products.
