These Hatch Chile Rellenos were delicious. The instructions said to thaw them for 10 or 15 minutes, which is what I did with the first ones I cooked. They were okay, but not spectacular. However, I found what works better for me is taking them out of the freezer about 1 1/2 hours before cooking them. I cook them for a shorter time and use less oil. And they are wonderful.

I was confused about how to cook my frozen Chile replenish but once I followed directions from the great Hatch team my experience was great! I love the flavors of cheese and Chile and my husband and I often have a lunch of chicken tamales and Rellenos. It’s been particularly good during COVID when we as older people aren’t going out to eat often.

I purchased these for the first time. These chiles are absolutely wonderful, tasty with just the right heat. Both the chopped and the whole chiles are must haves to enhance special meals and are extremely versatile in adding to recipes! Loved them!

I grew up in New Mexico and had access to fresh hominy. Since moving to Texas the only hominy I could find was canned hominy. Canned hominy is over processed and tastes bland. I was enthusiastic to discover fried hominy for my posole. I followed the instructions for cooking dry hominy and was delighted to discover the taste of the fresh hominy I was accustomed to.

Delicious green chile. Peeled, chopped, ready to eat, and shipped right to your door. Not cheap but well worth the investment. I will continue to order for years to come.

After receiving both Hot and Medium chopped Chile mixing them together when cooking is just right amount of heat. I made my first batch of Green Chile a few days ago and it was perfect. I love the Hatch Chili Stores products. Living in Oregon it is a very nice treat to get them shipped.

It was mild enough my wife could eat it. She loves chili but meds she's on she can't stand any heat. Flavor was great. You can tell it is fresh by the bright red color not like a lot of chili that has been run through a drier.

The pistacios themselves were large and good quality. The reason I only gave 2 stars is because they didn't taste like Hatch Green Chili at all. There was a light green coating on the shells, but it was very nearly tasteless. I was expecting more flavor and a little punch.

they are fresh and just what i am used to. I spent 36 years in NM and i now live in Phoenix Az and no where here can you find the original NM chili. I clean and grind the pods myself and that way i can continue to make my carne con chili in the fashion I know and appreciate

I need to clarify something about my review. I must admit that the second jar of Hatch green chile was a bit more to my taste. Not as hot as I like it but it was way better than the first jar. I did love this one. I guess the heat is hit and miss, but it is tasty.
My first review:
I ordered hot and it was not at all. I received an email because of my previous review saying that sometimes the chilies don’t get hot enough but you should point that out to customers. I feel like I just wasted my money.

The green chili chicken chimichanga's are top notch, and easy to prepare. They are not like those frozen ready made dishes that are all tortilla and no filling. The filling is flavorful and delicious!

Absolutely loving this salsa, this is the fourth product I have purchased from this amazing company and everything has been delicious. In addition, their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. This company delivers great products with old school customer service not seen in today's market place. I highly recommend this company.

The 4 rating splits the difference between 5 & 3. Five because the pecans are delicious Three because the chile powder is quite disappointing. Very bland and absolutely no heat. Literally muddies up the pecan flavor. I’ll be adding my own spices after I rinse off the powder and dry the pecans.
So: good nuts bad powder.

My husband loves Hatch Pure Green Chile roast. He puts it in stew, soups, on burgers, spagetti, sandwiches and even in creamy salad dressings. His variety of choice is HOT. We've gifted some to my nephew also and his family also loves it. I prefer medium, but it sells out fast.

Almost like my mom's homemade salsa. The BEST i've ever had in a jar.
It was so good that I want to try all the other salsa you make.
Thank you

Having lived in El Paso, Texas, I know true Mexican food, including the Hatch Chile company. The Chimichungas are as good as it gets! I strongly recommend them!

My old tamale supplier went out of business so I was looking around and found these. Familiar with Hatch products so I though it was worth a try. They are very good and now I have a new tamale supplier.
