I sent chiles to my dad for a gift... he called me when he received the perfectly packaged chiles. He made some green chile that evening and said he LOVED it.. the taste & flavor was amazing! He lived that the chiles were packaged in some chile sauce! I'm soo happy he lived his gift and I'm going to order some for my family! Thank you!!!

I love the way this item was shipped and packaged. The one pound packaging makes it easy to add roasted peppers in salads and in soups. Flavor is more on the mild side but very good!

I think the spice level is good and you can taste the vitamin-C. Packaged chiles (usually canned) can have that aftertaste I call "metal-diaper-mayonnaise", and this does not. Represents good quality control.

I have a few oddities around opened foods, so maybe smaller packages with a very minimal price increase would be good.

Hatch green chile is THE BEST!! I am from Santa Fe, and though I have lived away from there since 1985, I visit as often as possible, and order many many of the chiles every year! They help me subsist and thrive!

Having grown up in the southwest; we've always made our enchilada sauce from scratch; using Hatch Chile Peppers. Now that we have moved from the area, Abuela's Traditional Hatch Red Chile Sauce is our go to answer for "home made." Perhaps even better! We highly recommend this product for that traditional tasting red chile sauce.

My Tortillas came broken. I sent a message and within hours they said they would ship me a new batch (Excellent Customer Service!!). They are way better and spicier than I thought they would be. Enough flavor you do not need to add salsa or extra chile- unless you like it wicked hot. I highly recommend treating yourself!
