These Chilie Rellenos are not to big, but perfect size for me. There have great flavor and you can cook as many as you like. I just take out what I need and the others are kept frozen in an freezer bag. I push all the air out which keeps them perfect! Now i can get my fix without all the mess... Thanks so much!!!!

I am originally from the Southwest - El Paso, TX and moved to NYC 25 years ago. It has been hard to get good chile here especially green chile... The fact that I can get it different levels of "heat" is great. I love the XHot and I can get it on subscription... Love it! I do order the milder brands for the non pepper bellies in my friend circle! I had support reach out to me due to the XHot not being available for my subscription but it was an easy interaction and they offered a different level as a replacement. I made the change but then they got the XHot back in stock and they reached out to me again with the option. Great Customer Service. The quality of the product is stellar and I am super picky! Thank you Hatch Chile you have made us a happy household here in NYC bringing us authentic Chile to the Big Apple!!!

I bought these for my best friends birthday. She's from New Mexico, but lives in Florida and always misses green Chile. She got these and loves them and has been eating them consistently. I will repurchase again around another special occasion!

Hatches is a great company! Missed the pork and green chili stew when we moved from Denver to Vermont. Everything arrived frozen solid. Thanks for everything

Beat chilis ever! And they come frozen in shipment so you can thaw out at your convenience. Best tasting and great service!!! I love supporting small mom and pop companies like this and refer them to everyone I know!!

Great quality product. Well built and did a great job on the chilies. 15 minutes to do 5 pounds and they were partially peeled too. I purchased fresh Hatch Chili and some jalapeños from my local Fry’s grocery store..
We bought a table from a used restaurant equipment company. My husband bolted it down tight and it provides all the room needed.
Thank you. I will recommend this roaster to friends and family.

We just received our 2nd annual order of Sandia Hots we thought we going to be delayed until next week. VERY impressed they were able to harvest and get these yummy chiles out and delivered to us today. So excited now that we moved from NM to TX and are still able to enjoy! Thank you! ;)

Been living in Georgia for 5 years without our favorite Hatch Green Chile.
Made sure we ordered some this year to put in the freezer for winter . The Chile arrived in perfect shape and we roasted it up and put it in the freezer, of course keeping some out to eat right away
That's the major thing we miss about living in Roswell NM is the availability of the Chile.

25 lbs. arrived in great condition in Seattle. No spoilage, clean and full pods. The smell of roasted chile. Vacuum packed and frozen for use this winter. Another great product from your farm.

I received my shipment on July 16 and the shipping label was dated July 13. So when I received the order the bottom of the box was wet. I find it hard to believe in three days that these peppers went that bad. But several were to the point of complete mush. I saved what I could. This was my first and last time ordering peppers in the mail.

Very pleased with the 25 lbs of green chile this year. The entire box was fresh and not a single chile had to be thrown out. Anxiously awaiting the upcoming order of Red later this month.

I wrote a 5 star review recently but apparently because I’m not a social media user like Instagram, it didn’t stick. These are great people to buy from and their chili quality can’t be beat.

Our first box got brutalized in the post and arrived crushed and half rotten. The Hatch representative was amazing. I just sent a message to let them know that the particular shipment method they used wasn’t super great with fresh foods. They said because my order came with a guarantee, they’d send a replacement box at no charge. The second shipment showed up in solid shape and the peppers were still good!
Outstanding customer service. Will order again for next harvest!!

Just a little disappointed that the chile had somewhat wilted and began roasting that same day that we received them. Did not finish with the roasting but by day 2 some of the product had begun to turn bad. My question is that if I still reorder but wait until it gets cooler than the middle of July would that guarantee a fresher product. Heat in the chile is not a problem for this family and may be an added benefit in waiting. Still prefer the Big Jim for rellenos. By the way made a Hugh batch for my family and a little wilt didn’t affect the taste they were still wonderful. How I miss living in El Paso, Home.

The Joe Parker Chili I pre-ordered arrived fresh - large and ready to roast on a BBQ grill. I have made Green Chili Stew by chopping some of the chili and delicious Chili Rellenos with the very large whole chili's. I love ordering the chili's pre- ordered and excited when I open the shipped box to a wonderful fragrance and the sight of the most excellent chili grown by The Chili Store in Hatch New Mexico.

As usual, the flavor of the chiles is outstanding but I found it is probably necessary to pay extra for the upgraded shipping by air if you live where it gets hot in July...the usual shipping time. I had several chiles that were spoiled and had to be discarded and more than had soft spots that I had to cut out. This was not the fault of Hatch Chile Store; the weather was extremely hot in the Midwest and the time it took for the box to reach me gave the chiles time to begin to spoil. Lesson learned! I will order again and not make that mistake.
