These Big Jims are what we always got when we lived in CO and had them roasted for us on the spot. They're still a favorite because they're spicy enough to satisfy my hubby (who could do even hotter) and at the same time not too hot for me. It's a win-win. Love them!

I really like the pods but when I’m in a hurry the jar is just as good. The red and green mixed up in a jar is the best. I will most definitely be ordering more of that.

The flavor of NM! Nostalgic for my old home, and the fragrance of roasting a sack outside Albertsons, I instantly made Green chili stew. They arrived packed very well on dry ice insude an insulated box. Full stars from me.
