The Sandia's are plenty hot for me. For me it's not so much the heat, but the taste. If i want heat, total heat without the flavor i can eat a jalapeno. Heat and great taste, i need my Hatch Sandia chilies..

some of the tamales did not have hardly any chicken meat in them , however the flavor was good, not sure I will reorder this item but am still very happy with other products I am enjoying, PLEASE try them, am sure once inawhile goofs are made, the flavor is amazing, but I felt i need to be honest with what I found, am looking forward to tasting the other dozen, am sure they will be A*OK

These are the juiciest most flavorful chilies I have ever had. I am a sissy when it comes to heat so I order the mild ones. We put them on everything. We roast them on the BBQ then skin and seed them. After that we sprinkle with garlic salt and layer them on waxed paper and freeze. Yum

This was our first time trying hatch chili’s. The chili’s were huge. I roasted them peeled them and ate some and put the rest of them in my freezer. They tasted great, very meaty and the heat level was spot on. I’ve been looking at you tube about hatch chili’s and I just had to try them. They were tasty, but didn’t have that WOW factor I was expecting. My wife was a little disappointed that there was no invoice in the box and maybe a recipe or two. I realize the recipes on on the web site. Overall, I enjoyed the peppers and yes, I will order some again.
