My experience with bought tamales is they may be good but are rarely great. These were great. My wife is a very picky tamale aficionado and she loved them too. We made homemade green salsa to go with them and they were excellent. Thanks.

We tried all the tamales and all were excellent but if forced to choose the red pork tamales were the best. We made our own green salsa for the green chile and chicken tamales. The red pork needed nothing. They were perfect with nothing. Truly tasted like the best homemade tamales. I’d be proud to recommend these to the most discriminating tamale lover.

Just some quick thoughts: Red Chile sauce was tasty, as always. I live in DC now, so being from El Paso, I am very familiar with your brand and local flavor. The only item of concern was a text from “Taylor” suggesting a discount AFTER the item order had been made, coupled with the fact that a discount could not be credited after the sale had been processed.

Most companies, large or small, can adjust this transaction.

I have known about Hatch Chilies since childhood. During the summer, the family would take a vacation in California. We would travel to the Hatch Chili Farm to buy several bags of fresh green chilies on the way to California, where my cousins lived. All we smelled were the chilies. Once in California, the family would roast them, then make green chili stew, anomalies, burritos, and salsa. i have shopped here for over 30 years and will continue to do so. best Chilies around.
thank you

I placed many orders this Christmas as gifts, and then ordered the chile rellenos for us to try. I'm an experienced cook and cookbook author; the instructions for preparing them were terrible and verymisleading. They certainly didn't do justice for your product. But our gift recipienmts loved the tamales.

I've been getting my green chili from this store for a long long time. I've recently tried the sun-dried hatch red chili sauce. I'm a big fan of red chili and this is just delicious. I'm in California and we just have no chili sauce available that comes even close to this. I also have to comment on this company's absolutely excellent customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed anything and actual human being gets back to me very quickly.
