Very good! Portions were a bit small as an entre for two adults, two pkgs were a bit too much. Topped with cheddar cheese and a dollope of sour cream.
Will definitely order again!

I tried to resolve this in a private review but have not heard back so here goes.. These were horrible !! they tasted rancid. I have ordered these in the past and they were fine but not this batch... will someone from Hatch please contact me about this? I'm afraid totaste the tamales which i was planning to serve on Christmas but now I'm so disgusted I don't know what to do... I ordered many items totalling $290 but I'm aftraid I'm done with Hatch...

Ordering and receiving my roasted green chile was easy and prompt. The flavor is delicious, has a bit of bite to it, smells great, and adds the right amount of New Mexico spice to my meals here in Northwestern US.

I bought some green chile powder from Biad chiles years ago and have been extra selective in my use of it. When I found you had it, I had to get some. I use it any place I want green chile flavor...soups, eggs, meat loaf, and Mexican dishes, of course. It’s great stuff and a must have in my kitchen.

Couldn't get our hands on some green chiles in Wichita, Ks. in the off season. Ordered some over the internet and had them in days. The extremely nice part is they came roasted, peeled, chopped and divided into individual bags. Didn't have to spend hours doing this back breaking work. Will most definitely ordered from here again!!!

This is the best chile sauce I've ever had. it's fresh, it taste like homemade. my son tasted this sauce and loved it. So I gave him the one I had and order more. Thank you for making such a great sauce. I used it just out of the jar, I also use it to spike up other things, like store bought hummus.

Excellent! Made enchiladas and was beautiful hatch red Chile color and taste. Loved it, but be warned that the medium hot is hotter than grocery store medium, much more New Mexico medium. Almost too hot for me but was perfect for others in household. Will buy more for sure.

Bought the medium salsa because I wasn’t sure what the levels of heat were for these products. Turned out it is the degree of picante I prefer so I plan to stick with it in the future. Made a shrimp tortilla casserole with it last night, very good. Looking forward to trying the green salsa in a chicken dish later this week.

Hard to find red chilis in Florida and these were good. However they could have been a bit hotter (but my wife is happy.) also I used to get a bit softer ones when I lived in New Mexico. I know dried is dried and these made really good sauce. Thank You
