Second time getting the roasted / pealed chile (this time 10lbs worth) and they appear to be just as meaty and flavorful as the last batch I bought towards the beginning of the season. Plus the price per pound this time around was significantly less so can't argue with that. Still beats the snot out of the hatch chile you'll find at most grocery chains in terms of quality.
Only downside was 3 of the 10 vacuum sealed freezer bags were punctured / not properly vacuum sealed upon arrival, but that just meant tacos and rellenos fiesta that weekend!

All five 1 lb packs came in perfectly and still frozen. We have not cooked with the new chile yet and feel bad but it came right before thanksgiving and didn't use it in any recipes. Going to make tamales this weekend and planned to use the chile for them. Thanks again.

Chile is not Hot - more like medium hot. Flavor is ok, meatiness is ok. I grew up in Las Cruces and have never really thought the green chile was very hot. Southern Colorado/Northern NM chile is hotter. Green Chile will make me hiccup if it's hot. Still love NM chile though, especially Hot Red!

Delicious chiles! I roasted up the whole box and put them into my freezer so I can enjoy them year round. After roasting, pulling stems and skins off and removing the seeds, I was left with about 6 pounds of roasted chiles. The flavor on these is out of this world. The peppers themselves came in excellent condition with two day shipping to New England in early October. I highly recommend these peppers to anyone. They do have a little kick, but they are by no means intolerably hot.

This red Chile sauce is pretty hot - probably too hot for gringo mouths! Jar needs information on cooking / heating the sauce or a link to your web site on making red enchilada sauce or carne adovada.

I have a similar complaint as the Red Chile sauce - the Green Chile Sauce jar needs a little info on cooking / heating and/or web link to enchilada sauce/chile verde.

These chilis arrived a few days after ordering & were in perfect condition. I have bought them in stores, but many are not nearly as fresh. There is nothing better for a chili connoisseur than Hatch Chilis. I highly recommend this avenue to obtain your Hatch chilis.

This Chile Rellenos is are absolute favorite of all Chile rellenos we have ever had. We thaw them and put them in the air fryer and they are delicious! Truly worth the wait and then some. We have shared them with our family outside our house and they have loved them too. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!
