I ordered 5 pounds of Fresh Hatch Red Chiies which have already been devoured. They were exceptional in my mind and the whole family enjoyed them. I've ordered many other products from Hatch and found every one of them excellent. Very tasty and well packaged. Will be ordering more.

We have been ordering chillies from Hatch for 15 years at least. Chillies are always fresh and when I had a problem one year, they fixed it right away. This year's medium chillies were not as hot this year as usual.

My chiles were delivered to UPS in two days, arriving on a Friday. They then sat there all weekend, and were delivered to me on Monday. I had to throw out about 15 chiles. I emailed Hatch Chile Company (included photos), but never heard back. I think this happened last year too, but I didn't lose as many chiles.
