The Rellenos, which I have ordered before, are absolutely delicious. But don't trust the "free shipping." My order (shipped by FedEx) twice arrived thawed out, and in the end I paid for overnight shipping to make sure they arrived frozen.

I lived where I could go to the Hatch chili festival annually. I had been looking for Hatch chili authentic products. I found the great tasting chili in the red and green sauce. And I didn’t have to roast the chili’s myself!! I recommend this product but don’t buy so much that I can’t buy mine

These are just terrific. The heat up beautifully in our air fryer and are an absolute treat to eat -- especially as we sit here in New York! My only complaint is that bag they come in is too flimsy and bursts in transit, allowing the rellenos to toss around in the box and some of the coating falls off.

Chile rellenos are a great addition to the menu. Homemade is difficult so these are second best. The quality varies which reminds you that they are handmade. Adding enchilada sauce and lettuce complete the meal. The rellenos from Fresh Chile Co are great.

The red ones were good but some of them didn't have he red peppers..,.they had green peppers that were tough. Taste is a highly personnel matter, but to me, this all about authentic flavor. Most salsa’s try to overwhelm you with heat. Papas is so pure in its flavor components: chillis, tomatoes, garlic and onions. I also love the Moma’s salsa if I want a slightly sweeter flavor. Both are remarkable!

What a great company to do business with. We are repeat offenders...
Even though we live in Maryland we have delicious chile anytime we want. The one pound bags are perfectly sized. They are frozen flat and take up very little freezer space. I love the resealing bag. It just makes it so convenient to use. We love the taste these chiles add to our lives. They are truly a medium heat I might add. I highly recommend these chopped or whole.

The customer service this company provides is stellar. I had an issue with an order and they went beyond making it right. ELEVEN STARS from me!!!
